Fully furnished accommodations are located in a Ski-In Ski-Out Resort- two bedrooms plus convertible bed(s), two full baths, sleeps up to 8. At Grand Timber Lodge, you'll find everything you need for a great vacation: A lovely and private wooded setting, excellent amenities, and staff eager to make your experience perfect!

Luxurious Master and Studio units combined make for a 2-bedroom unit that provides both privacy and togetherness for up to 8 guests.

The Master side has a fully outfitted kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop & oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave & dishwasher. The dining area has a large table that seats 6 as well as a large granite kitchen counter with 4 bar stools. There is a spacious living area with a Q-sized fold out couch, large flat-screen cable TV with DVD player, gas fireplace and a balcony. The Master bedroom has a K-sized bed, large closet and a TV with DVD player as well.

The Studio unit has a Q-sized bed and comfortable Q-sized fold-out couch, kitchenette, flat-screen cable TV with DVD player and a full bathroom. It can be locked off from the Master area for privacy, if desired.

Grand Timber Lodge, a ski-in ski-out resort, is only steps away from a choice of two chairlifts, and each will quickly get you on the slopes.

The resort offers amazing luxury amenities that includes spa, fitness center, indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools, hot tubs, game rooms, theaters, and restorants. The Grand Room provides seating areas with views for reading or meeting up with friends. It hosts a pool table, fireplace and large screen TVs. The resort activities desk is manned by friendly staff who can provide information about daily on-site activities and field trips, and information about community events and activities with discounts. A free shuttle bus provides transportation to/from numerous locations in town as well as all of the Breckenridge ski areas.

Should you not provide this to us, we will put the name on your VRBO account. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract.
