This home has four bedrooms spread across the top two floors. On the main level, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed & master ensuite, with large windows & breathtaking views of the surrounding Poconos nature. Right down the hall is the second bedroom, with one queen bed & access to a hallway bathroom.

Just upstairs, you will find one bedroom with two queen beds & another with one queen bed. These two bedrooms share one full bathroom right across the hallway.

You will have bathroom access on each floor of this massive house! Right off of the speakeasy on the bottom floor, you will find one of the full bathrooms. On the second level, the master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, with a separate tub & standing shower. Right down the hallway from the master is another modern, full bathroom. On the top level, the two bedrooms share yet another beautiful, completely remodeled full bathroom.

The majority of the main level is dedicated to the central living area of the home, which includes the kitchen & dining in the complete open concept. The unique, turquoise kitchen has been completely renovated to include modern appliances and a fun, colorful design! On top of all this space, you are surrounded by panoramic views of the serene, peaceful woodlands.

Beyond the main living room, you will have your choice of three additional living spaces to entertain! Downstairs, the entire bottom floor has been converted into a speakeasy-style space. Right beyond the speakeasy, you will enter a game room, filled with entertainment like arcade games, pop-a-shot basketball hoops, and a large smart TV with comfy bean bag seating.

On the complete opposite wing of the house, when you enter the third level, you are greeted with a unique loft space. This loft boasts an amazing Poconos-themed mural, air hockey, foosball, and a dedicated workspace - all while overlooking the amazing living area below. To stay protected from the bugs that come along with the beautiful Poconos nature, consider staying inside the screened-in porch while enjoying a game of ping pong. Wanting to get the full nature experience? Venture out onto the large deck to grill a full-course meal for your family and friends, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the vast amounts of seating offered out here!

Just down the steps of the deck, you are greeted by even more amenities. The hot tub is tucked away in the corner of the lot, so that you will have true privacy as you relax with panoramic views surrounding you. Beyond the hot tub, you can follow the path down to our wood-burning fire pit, hidden back in the woods where you will have complete privacy. Even though this home is in the residential neighborhood of Penn Estates, this lot is right on the corner of a cul-de-sac, so you will feel completely separated from the surrounding neighbors!

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
