4 bedroom 2 bath house with fenced yard. Close to downtown and U of I

An older house? Lol was built in 1994. Funny older women in their 70s would call my house old. Yes, lots of wood as stated I have a wood stove for fire in the winter. It's the best heat! It's all stacked nice in the woodshed. Guessing single father with shared custody, wow!! Nope how about full time 24/7. Guessing people who read this review will feel more negatively towards the guests than myself. Place is thoroughly cleaned as I rent 2 rooms upstairs all the time, this was the 3rd weekend in a row my entire home was rented and i received 5 star reviews. Place was spotless, she failed to mention that. And yeah the photos are exactly what my house looks like thank you. I didn't know I was suppose to do a complete remodel for 3 older women staying for 2 nights! Lol. Funny review, thanks for the laugh. Ps, Moscow doesn't have upscale neighborhoods. I suggest maybe paying 4 times more next time if a 29 year old house is too old for you, lol.

Sorry you don't like the fact this is my house. I would assume that would be better knowing 1 person and his son live in a place you rent for a weekend other than random people in and out non stop. Moscow doesn't have the affordability to just rent an entire house here and there. Would not be profitable at all unless it was a yearly leased home. I like to actually here feedback personally on things to improve since I only began renting my entire home this year. It is a learning process, some guests are happy to just have an affordable place for 8 guests, others expect brand new everything. It's a guessing game, but I do take this seriously and have high expectations for myself. I find it quite disrespect, especially waiting about a month, to shit on how I clean. I spent a good 8 hours day of arrival cleaning/scrubbing every surface, new bedding on, vacuuming and mopping. And that doesn't count the time night before I spend getting the upstairs ready. I know I'm not perfect and I ask people if there's anything I can do let me know so I can fix it. Don't wait to leave me a bad review. I stay right down the road in town. I would have been more than happy to mop more in the kitchen to get the cleaning solution off the floor or clean the bathroom again. I'm pretty sure it was the shower ma that did have a funny smell, I noticed it when I got home Sunday. I put it in the washer day before you arrived as well. I do airbnb rooms upstairs, never have I had anyone complain about cleanliness or say the shower drains slow. Obviously something, more than likely hair, was blocking the drain, just pull the rubber drain cover off then. It is difficult to find the perfect drain cover for that shower too. I do apologize for how I mopped the floor. I mop to clean the floor. It is a large bottle from Costco and I did accidentally dump too much on the kitchen floor. It wasn't to cover up any "smells", it was to clean the floor. I mopped the floor with water 3 times, I didn't want to leave windows open as it was cold. The strange thing is, I used that same Fabuloso floor cleaner on both bathrooms and room upstairs with wood flooring. Yet the bathroom downstairs still had a urine smell. I don't get it. There are no pots and pans in the open shelves. I don't even use the pots and pans, I have separate stuff for myself and guests that I swap out. Not sure what that's about at all. The guest ones are all fairly new, besides 1 large pot, purchased within the last 6 months.
