Make the best memories and feel right at home in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo located a short drive from the slopes and just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat. The complimentary Timber Run ski shuttle is ready to whisk you away to the base of the resort for long days of winter fun.

Inside, the open-concept living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a favorite movie in front of the cozy fireplace, and you'll have access to a sauna, a heated outdoor pool, and three all-season hot tubs. Plus, after preparing a meal in the full kitchen, everyone can gather in the dining area with seating for eight to reminisce about the day. Winter guests can store their ski gear in the locker located out in the hall, and you'll love the amazing Colorado sunset and partial mountain views from the shaded patio, no matter what time of year you visit. Summer guests can explore on-site pickleball and tennis, nearby biking and hiking trails, and great fishing just steps away. This condo has everything for a memorable and comfortable stay in beautiful Steamboat Springs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

nice place, good location
We liked 404! The place was very clean and had good amenities. Getting the right temp in the unit was a bit difficult. Almost all the soaps were empty. We had our own stuff so able to get by but that aspect could have been better. Regardless, would stay here again!

Cute and clean but shuttle confusion
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and parking accessible. We were very confused about the shuttle to/from the base. There were no wristbands in our condo. When I called the # posted (a vacasa#) I was told they didn't manage this property (even though all my texts about checkin was from vacasa....) and we didn't need wristbands anymore. When we boarded the shuttle the driver asked to see the wrist bands. I explained my dilemma and he let us board. (The shuttle service says Retreatia on the side, not vacasa). I spent all day talking and texting to approximately 6-8 different #s and people to finally have wristbands delivered to our room. We also didn't have pool towels and finally got those by day 3. I'm still unclear on the management situation but aside from that we had a great time.

Very nice unit
Unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Close to everything and shuttle to the slopes was a great perk. Place is quiet yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking the trail system that was just steps from the condo. Great pool and 3 hot tubs. Steamboat is our new favorite!

Great spot for a Steamboat getaway!
My husband and I stayed here for a fall weekend and it was perfect. Clean and modern with cute decor and a great location close to the ski resort. Lots of nice touches like board and card games, a binder with tons of personalized information and recommendations for Steamboat, local coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend with friends
Was in town to paddle board and relax with friends. Had a great time and unit was well equipped for what we needed. Clean and plenty of linens and pillows.
