Unwind in the primary bedroom with a queen-size bed or in the versatile secondary bedroom with a queen-size bunk, futon, and work station. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the shared hot tub and sauna.



The Space:

Experience the ultimate mountain getaway from this delightful second-level corner unit condo, located only four minutes walking to the base of the ski area! Picture yourself waking up to breathtaking mountain views, stepping out onto the slopes just across Ski Time Square Drive, and ending your day by skiing right to your back door off the Right-O-Way Run.



Inside, the condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, and the spacious dining area, with its 8-seater table and two bar stools, is perfect for gathering with loved ones. The open layout seamlessly flows into a cozy living room, where a plush queen-size sleeper sofa and a warm gas fireplace create the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a day on the mountain.



Step out onto the private balcony to savor the stunning mountain scenery.



The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. The secondary bedroom is versatile and accommodating, featuring a queen-size bunk bed, a futon, and a work station, with its own attached bathroom for added convenience.



Guests will enjoy access to the shared hot tub, perfect for soaking sore muscles, and the relaxing sauna located on the same level as this condo. A ski locker on the lowest floor keeps your gear organized, and a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers on each floor ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free parking is available in front of the building, with one car allowed during your stay.

Please note, no parties are allowed. Additionally, amenities are controlled by a third-party HOA, and we cannot guarantee these during your stay. As is common with many condos in Steamboat, this unit does not have air conditioning. During the summer and warmer months, we provide multiple fans throughout the condo to help cool the space with the naturally cooler mountain air.



Please Note: The hot tub is closed annually from the end of ski season until Memorial Day.

*No Grill or propane allowed on property. You may use the community grill.



**Please be advised that work on the Storm Meadows 300 elevator is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 8th.**



The project is anticipated to take approximately six weeks to complete. During this time, the elevator will be out of service.

**The HOA will be completing a project which is updating the exterior of the building throughout the rest of the summer/warmer months. HOA expects this project to be completed by December 16th, however, please reach out if this will impact your stay. There is potential for noise during this update**

Cozy convenience

Good location. Fairly priced compared to the surrounding rentals. Could use some repairs from general wear but it was clean and the amenities were adequate. We loved the fireplace and large dining table. Also the entry bench and coat hooks were very convenient for in and out with skiing.

Great location. However, the unit could benefit from the slightest of manageable improvements to make this a five star rating. A new dishwasher, some additional cheap dishes, glasses and silverware and some 50 humidifiers (I have never before rented a mtn ski condo that didn’t come equipped with these). They could accomplish this with 1k and I would highly recommend this minor investment. Otherwise, a great location on a fun mtn. Mgmt was responsive.

Construction next door was a problem. Dust, noise etc. Unit we stayed in was clean but badly needs renovation, including appliances, replacing flooring, upgrading bathrooms to modern standards, etc. Would include photos but I have deleted them.
