Amazing location just 3 blocks of Lake Michigan. a short walk to the public south beach 5 minutes from downtown as well, 2 minutes driving to Kings Park
. The full bath upstairs has a stand alone shower. Three bedrooms have queen size beds Middle bedrooms with trundle bed with full mattress & twin size bed, Ann additional twin bed A queen size air mattress can be set up in on the first floor when needed with notice. sofa bed in living room with queen mattress can be used as well.There is washer and dryer in basement. kitchen furnished with dishes pots, pans cooking utensils etc......There is a full bath on the main floor.
Plenty of room for the whole family. Perfect for a golfing weekend and especially for the Ryder Cup. There is a grill out back. No smoking is allowed in the house. No parties or events are allowed on the property. Due to allergies, no pets are allowed. Minutes away from shopping and several golf courses around town. The interior of the home has just been repainted and new flooring, carpeting put in. 55" TV in the living room. WIFI access Plenty of street parking, Check in time is 3 pm or later and check out time is by 11am. There is a keypad on the front door for easy check in. I will provide the code before your arrival.

Great local house with comfortable accommodations.
Stayed in town for 3 days using the house between family events. Comfortable beds, hot water, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Owner was very communicative. Would absolutely stay again.

Great weekend trip
We came here for a girls' weekend. The house is lovely. It is exactly as pictured. The location is wonderful. We walked to the beach. It was walking distance to the downtown area as well. The backyard with the firepit was a great bonus, as well as the seating on the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the coffee bar had a great selection of teas and coffees. The only slight negative was that the upstairs was pretty warm. We traveled in June, and it was pretty warm/humid. The A/C cooled the downstairs very well, but only marginally upstairs. The ceiling fans helped, but the bedrooms were still pretty warm. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. They made some great suggestions regarding things to do around the area. Overall it was a lovely home and we had a wonderful girls' weekend.

the house has 4 bedroom 2 full baths. 3 queen beds, trundle bed with full bed and twin bed, 1 twin bed, queen sofa bed. all 4 bedrooms have walk in closets. attached living room and dining room the ideal space for hanging out with family and friends. we provide all linens, toiletries are provided. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron board, work desk available, as well
Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, toaster, blender, electric grill, crackpot, spices to cook etc.........
Rest easy with sleeping arrangements for 11+( a queen air bed mattress available upon request).
