You will be able to enjoy the view of historic steam engines and their distinctive whistling horns from the backyard picnic area or firepit. Also close Raystown Lake and Penn State University. A perfect place to stay on a game weekend!

Outstanding home accommodating my large family very comfortably for our holiday gathering. Santa train literally rolled through the back yard making the evening extra special for the children. Hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at.

This is a very beautiful house with all kinds of character. Its proximity to the EBT is very cool. Well appointed breakfast selection. Would definitely come back

This was a perfect place to land on our way home. The space was just want we needed. Lots of breakfast options to choose from including half and half for coffee!! Very clean and spacious.

4th of July Rail road visit

Beautiful, charming house. Spacious and clean. Nice views and a fire pit for waching fireworks down the line ! Very well provisioned and equipped for the family.

The Best Place To Stay If you are going to EBT

This place is the Best you are right next the EBT Main line so the Train goes right past the house so you get the best photos.

Lovely Stay Near EBT Railroad

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home during our visit to the EBT railroad. The host provided refreshments and breakfast items that made for easy mornings. Being able to see the train go by the house was a cool perk. The house is spotless and very well maintained. All in all a very nice stay and highly recommended!

Amazing location and beautiful house

Maybe one of my favorite stays ever! The house itself is an absolute gem and well appointed, and being able to have a camp fire and watch the trains pass was just a wonderful experience. Planning to book again next year!

Special Birthday Trip

My wife, grandson, and I had a wonderful overnight stay. The location was terrific, the accommodations were perfect. To top it off, the weather cooperated and I even took a few pictures of the #16!

loved being close to train tracks

loved the house and location close to my family for our yearly reunion. the stairs were a little tough for us old people, that was the only small disadvantage, but still loved and enjoyed the house, location. thanks for making it available, the little ones loved hearing and seeing the train go by so close
