A beautiful modern farmhouse located in Rising Fawn, GA on Lookout Mtn. This 4 bed/3 bath home boasts a functional layout perfect for family and friends and will comfortably sleep 11 guests. This dog-friendly (no extra fee!) home resides on a gorgeous 1.5 acre property and is located just 2 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park and 30 minutes from downtown Chatt, the Aquarium, Rock City, & Ruby Falls. Our Favorite Things About This Home:
Cloudland Summit is a beautiful home with many updated features, cozy bedrooms, and a spacious living area. We love the master bathroom's large walk-in closet and sleek bathroom that features a double vanity, soaking bathtub, and tiled standing shower. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to maximize time spent with your loved ones as well as lots of different card games and boards to play! It has a huge sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating with a giant flat screen smart TV. The outdoor back patio is a highly desirable feature of the home as it contains a hot tub, outdoor seating, propane grill, and a swinging hammock!

Home Layout:
As you enter Cloudland Summit through the front door, to your immediate right are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. As you continue into the home, you are greeted with an open-concept living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with access to the garage. Off the living room are double-glass doors that open to the pack porch. The porch includes outdoor seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Also off of the living room is the large master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, a huge and gorgeous master bathroom with an updated double vanity, soaking bathtub, and a tiled shower. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. As you head up the stairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, a smart TV and one full bathroom attached to it.

Things To Know About This Property:
- This property is dog friendly – 2 dogs max
- Enough parking for 5 vehicles.
- No Cable TV- Smart TVs are available, and guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services.
- A drip coffee machine is available, with Folgers medium-roast coffee provided during your stay.
- Washer and dryer are available, and a starter supply of laundry detergent is included.

HOT TUBS:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!

Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

Weather and Outages!
​​​​​​​Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
