Feel perfectly at home in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with heated pool and jacuzzi!
There are 2 cars parking in driveway and 1 street parking with permit available.
Must be twenty five years old or older to book.
The space
The cozy living room is set up with a comfortable couch for you to relax and a 50" Samsung TV with Netflix access where you can watch your favorite movies after the long sightseeing and working.
This home is located in a Beverly Grove, a prime LA location: Walk to The Grove, Original Farmerâs Market, Beverly Center, Museums, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and trendy West 3rd St. Discover great restaurants and shops within walking distance and everything fun and fantastic that this great city has to offer. Fine shopping is all nearby.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the patio and pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a dedicated workspace.
There's a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need and a dining area to make your favorite meal.
You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!
Relax in the back patio featuring a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating or have fun with your friends and family in the fabulous non-heated pool and a jacuzzi which can be heated upon request.
A high-speed Wi-Fi with an internet speed of 120 Mbps, a front garden, and a Tesla charging station are all provided during your stay!

*Lost parking permit fee is $200.
*We have NO fence around the pool so itâs imperative you supervise children the entire time.
*Pool Level - Entrance side is 3 feet and deep side is 8 feet.
*Please contact us for the Spa heating time.
*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.5
NOTE: Pool and jacuzzi heating is an extra $100 per day (heating for both pool and hot tub is only available from April to October.)
The pool and jacuzzi are accessible from 8 am to 10 pm.
*Please make sure your vehicle isn't parked in the way of the garbage bins. Someone will come roll the bins out on Thursday and roll them back in on Friday.
