Summit view sleeps 6 adults. One bedroom with a queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa & a twin trundle bed sleeps 2. We are located just 25 minutes from St. Louis! The space is pet friendly and has an outdoor pool & back patio that is shared amongst homeowners & guests. Beautiful view from window & patio area nestled amongst the trees in a nice quiet area just minutes from I-55, grocery stores & restaurants.

It is a lovely place with pretty decor and comfortable beds. It is great if you have furry friends with you! Our only complaint is there were a few signs that cleanliness was overlooked - a coffee pot with old coffee in it, and the sheets in the pullout couch had dog hair on it. Otherwise it was very nice and the owners were attentive to our needs!

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay in Barnhart. This is a really special property with everything we needed including kitchen and of course the gorgeous woods view and pool!

We had a lovely stay the pool and view were perfect for what we were looking for on a few day get away. The host were friendly and accommodating. I believe it is a place we will return to.

Fantastic Weekend Stay

This property was great. It's situated at the back of a large subdivision overlooking the hills, which made for a perfect sunset view The pool and outdoor areas were pristine and decorated so cute! This place is a main attraction for outdoor relaxation. We met the hosts and they are lovely people, super friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place!

It was a great location. Far enough from the city for peace and quiet, yet close enough for day trips into St. Louis.Everything was clean and nice. 2nd floor location makes for great views.

Lovely Setting

We were only able to stay one night as we were just passing through the area. Beautiful place to relax. Host was great and easy communication and check in. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Stay!

We loved it! The views are amazing and so relaxing. The place has everything you need to make you feel just like you’re at home. The host was flexible with our unexpected delay in arrival and was very quick to have a technician come out when there was a brief service interruption with the internet. They also left us a sweet Christmas card & gift. They were great & we loved staying at a local business owners rental! We also weren’t disappointed with the restaurant recommendations they have in their binder, so make sure to take a look!

Cozy Spot

Comfy and Quiet

This comfortable apartment had everything we needed for a reasonable price. We appreciated the full kitchen since we're gluten free and were there several days. Queen bed was comfy, plenty of hot water, host responded quickly to my one request for a Corningware dish. Central heat kept us warm on those freezing nights! Beautiful view on the hill, quiet and serene. On 2 weekdays, we did hear the garage door below the apartment open and close quite early in the AM. The 17 steep stairs up to the living space might not be the best if you have knee problems etc. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in St. Louis!

Great little stay!

This was a perfect little get away for my family! FiancĂ©, 12 yo, 13 yo, plus me. FiancĂ© and I stayed in the queen bed, boys stayed in the trundle bed off of the dining area. While we hardly stayed at the VRBO because we had so much planned, the boys and adults loved this! The boys got to swim at least once a day, even with all the activities we did! It’s the perfect distance from STL! The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is upstairs to a garage, so we did have to go upstairs. This was not an issue for our party. Very quiet and great scenery, it truly was the most relaxing! We sat outside on the patio and drank our coffee in complete serenity. We cooked at the VRBO for at least two meals a day, saving about 100 dollars a day on food costs alone! This rustic get away is so worth it!!

Gorgeous views

The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, with each home having large acreage and beautiful views of forested rolling hills. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool available for guests is immaculate, with lots of comfortable chairs and grilling area. Everything inside the guesthouse was provided for a very comfortable stay. There is a fairly steep staircase up to the guesthouse that has a split hand railing (first half on one side, then second half switches to other side), which can be a bit challenging if you have any balance problems.
