"Arc de Triomphe" est juste à cÎté - Appartement lumineux avec ascenseur - 4 personnes

L'appartement est situé à quelques pas des "Champs Elysées". Dans le 17Úme arrondissement, un des quartiers chics de Paris, la plupart des bùtiments sont de style haussmannien. Il est proche non seulement des attractions touristiques comme l'Arc de Triomphe et les Champs Elysées, mais aussi des super marchés et des marchés frais. Il y a un marché frais ouvert toute la journée à distance de marche de l'apt. Bien qu'il soit trÚs bien situé, l'appartement est trÚs calme.

L'appartement est situĂ© au premier Ă©tage d'un immeuble en pierre avec ascenseur. Il dispose de parquet, de nombreuses fenĂȘtres et est dĂ©corĂ© de façon moderne. Le propriĂ©taire a jouĂ© avec un jeu de couleurs noir et blanc, donnant Ă  l'appartement un look trĂšs chic.

En entrant dans l'appartement, on fait face Ă  une fenĂȘtre devant et on a un couloir Ă  gauche. Au bout du couloir, on a la salle de bain Ă  droite et la chambre tout droit. Juste avant la chambre, on est accueilli dans le salon.

Ce salon est organisĂ© pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes, dont deux couchages. Il propose un canapĂ© confortable, des fauteuils, une table extensible pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes et une unitĂ© murale. Le salon baigne dans la lumiĂšre naturelle, grĂące Ă  2 grandes fenĂȘtres qui offrent une vue sur la rue et le marchĂ© frais.

Le canapĂ© peut ĂȘtre converti en un lit confortable pour 2 personnes. Jetez un oeil aux photos, c'est vraiment un bon lit. De plus, le mur partiel donne de l'intimitĂ© au coin nuit. Le propriĂ©taire prĂ©voit d'ajouter un rideau pour sĂ©parer Ă  volontĂ© le cĂŽtĂ© chambre du salon et le cĂŽtĂ© salle Ă  manger.

La chambre offre un lit double confortable et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La chambre bĂ©nĂ©ficie Ă©galement d'une grande fenĂȘtre.

L'appartement a une cuisine moderne ouverte qui est bien équipée pour préparer des repas.

La salle de bain est entiÚrement carrelée. Il offre une grande douche avec portes vitrées, un coin vanité ainsi que la laveuse et la sécheuse.

Les toilettes sont situées dans une piÚce séparée.

L'emplacement en lui-mĂȘme est super: le «Fresh Market Poncellet», un supermarchĂ© et de nombreux magasins sont situĂ©s trĂšs prĂšs de l'appartement. La cĂ©lĂšbre place des Ternes est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied avec ses magasins de fleurs et le mĂ©tro. L'Arc de Triomphe est accessible Ă  pied: une bonne occasion de se promener sur les Champs ElysĂ©es le matin quand les gens se rĂ©veillent encore.

Nice, clean, tastefully furnished apartment in a residential building. Self check-in and check-out were an unusual procedure but clear directions were provided and we experienced no trouble. The building was quiet and pleasant and a good place to relax after spending a lot of time walking around Paris.

This was my second time staying in this apartment. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and we appreciate having a washer and dryer available. It is in a great location; love the market street and all the little takeout restaurants. It is easy walking distance to both the Ternes metro and the Arc de Triomphe. The only complaint is the TV is rather glitchy not sure whether it was the connection or us not understanding directions.

A splendid little apartment in an equally splendid neighborhood. The market on Rue Poncelet and the kithwn in this apartment would make for an excellent cooking vacation. But when in Paris, eat out. And there are plenty of places to eat out right out your front doorstep. A quality Vrbo rental indeed.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- such a great neighborhood with all that you need right on your doorstep. We went to Paris primarily to see the David Hockney show at the Louis Vuitton Foundation and a shuttle runs every 20 mins from the Arc de Triomphe - just a ten minute walk away. That was an added bonus!The apartment was well equipped and is larger in real life than we had expected!

Wonderful apartment for our family vacation in Paris

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our vacation. JN was very responsive to our queries. We loved the location and proximity to the local markets, conveniences and Metro. The only thing we recommend to improve is the main bathroom sink, which was clogged and did not drain properly each time we went to use the sink. Otherwise, the apartment was great and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Nice place!

The place was very pleasant and we were very happy with it! The sofa is a pull-out, so perfect for kids. Even when the curtain was pulled to block off the sofabed area, there was still enough room to sit comfortably at the dining table.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed a lovely 3-day stay in this Paris flat. It is a fabulous location, there is a street market right outside the doors every day and lots of great cafes. We felt safe as its a quiet location. Everything was as advertised, the location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The only minor issue for us was that it turned out the pull out couch was more comfortable than the main bed. Wonderful stay regardless.

Great neighborhood

We stayed 2 weeks at rue a Poncelet. Mostly a very good experience though we had several glitches that could have been addressed a lot more effectively with more timely information from the property manager. The market street is wonderful and the Metro is a short walk away.

We had a couple of problems, the shower door was off it’s hinges and the smoke alarm kept going off but these problems were taken care of as soon as possible. The communications we had with the owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location and ideal for family of 3

We enjoyed staying at this Parisian flat. It was fun to be a local for the week, and go get groceries each day and find local bars and cafes to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The linens and pillows were comfortable, although my only recommendation would be to have better towels (they were thin and scratchy). The bathroom was small yet had a decent shower and convenient washer/dryer. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Nice property, great location with easy public transportation access. Great size for small family and kitchen well stocked. There was remaining garbage from prior stay in the kitchen and a soap container left in the shower but overall seemed clean. Washer and dryer convenient and beds and pull out comfy. Great stay overall. Key pick up felt like Harry Potter book but 13 year old thought it was fun.

Very basic

Overall this was a very, very basic place. The huge saving grace is a spectacular location, in the cutest, most charming Parisian neighborhood. Everything you need is in walking distance. But the apartment is nothing overly special, but works if you need a place to stay. We were here for the Olympics so we weren’t in the apt much.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.
