Babbling brook runs through the backyard with deer and turkey visiting often, yet walking distance to the beach, heart of Ephraim and the entrance to Peninsula state park is right down the road! Truly a home to relax in after exploring all of what Door County has to offer. This home is monitored by exterior security cameras.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very “homey” and offered the ability for great relaxation. The house was within walking distance to the beach, Wilson’s and right around d the corner from Good Egg!

If you're looking for a very quiet location in the heart of Door County then this will meet your needs. We enjoyed our stay very much. As noted, the location is great and this neighborhood is very quiet. Good too for taking walks. About a mile walk down to Wilson's.

Great house, cute area. Lofted bedrooms have no doors or partition between sleeping areas so if you are traveling with another couple, as we were, there wasn’t a lot of privacy.

We found this home to be very clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. Not far from the main highway, but the area was very quiet. The hosts were easy to work with. No complaints!

Modern and very clean house that was well supplied. Very nice kitchen, WIFI, 2 car garage. Quiet area close to town, beach and Peninsula Park. The bedrooms are loft style so not a lot of privacy but the beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to questions and needs. We had a great stay!

My 2 sisters and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in DoCo. It’s in an excellent location in Ephraim in a quiet neighborhood. It is walking distance to some places depending on how far you’re willing to walk. Check in was smooth, had access to the garage though we did not use it. Back porch has a nice little furniture set but we did not use it because it was cold out. Has a nice laundry set. We really only slept and got ready at the house as we explored during the day so can’t speak to kitchen/cooking, etc. Plenty of towels. I hate to leave anything negative but want to be honest as I rely on honest review when booking vacation homes so here it goes - The listing should be updated to explicitly describe the layout of the loft “bedrooms”. It is just a loft with two beds, no doors. As others have mentioned, no privacy. Any little sound carried through the house because of this. Beds were comfy but one frame was VERY squeaky. Living room furniture looked nice but was not very comfortable. We never could figure out the tv. There was no paper towel, and no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans. There is a coffee pot but it took almost a hour to brew a pot. Downstairs bathroom has brown steaks down all the walls. The house smells like cigarettes and has several wall plug ins to cover it up so the smell in general was overwhelming and we all left with the smell in our clothes. Could really use an air purifier. Overall a decent place and met our basic needs.

The house was clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was furnished very well. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located in Ephraim, just a block or two from the water and main highway. My questions were promptly answered and we had no problems during our stay. This house worked great for us and we will go back again.

Great Door County visit!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! We enjoyed our stay in lovely Ephraim! The beach, a fudge shop, and a delicious breakfast at The Good Egg were only a short walk away. We would stay here again!
