1. The person booking the reservation must be present at the property for
the duration of the reservation.
2. Please state the reason for your visit and where you are visiting from.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and backyard. Smoking is only
allowed in front of the property when garage and front door remain
closed.
4. Please take out all trash prior to check-out. Trash bins to be set on the
street Sunday or Monday nights.
5. Lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the premises.
6. No Parties or large gatherings.

Please Note:

> Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional fees applied if any damages occur.

> Bath towels and toilet paper is supplied enough for short stays (3-4 days).
Longer stay guests will need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

> Please bring your own bar of soap, body wash, and personal
