Great Location / Nice Place

The accommodations were nice and as advertised. Easy in and out, and getting around town from the location. We had a little trouble getting hot water for a few of the days, we had to take lukewarm showers a couple of times, even first thing in the morning, not sure why, unless we are sharing hot water with the apartment next door. The bathroom is small, so plan to store most of your toiletries in the bedroom. Lastly, I would have mowed the lawn, but that's just my thing, everything else was clean and tidy, and worked as it was supposed to.

Great place!

Place was just perfect. The only problem was the bathtub being a bit dirty. Overall nice place, and peaceful neighborhood.

Lack of Communication

I let the host know that we would arrive late around 9pm or 10pm. We arrived around 9:30pm and had issues with the pass code provided. I called the number provided several with no answer. I left a voicemail, a text message, and a message on the app with no response. We were finally able to get in with the pass code after many attempts the same way each time. I let the host know we were able to get in. No response that night or the next day. I let the host know there was only two wash clothes which I had put 7 people would be coming. I got a response they could bring some. I said no need I had already bought some and thank you though. No response. I let the host know about a blind missing a piece with no response. At this point I figured any communication there would be none. When we cooked we noticed that we had to rewash dishes, the toaster was dirty so we couldn’t use it. There wasn’t a spatula and we couldn’t find anymore paper products. That night the neighbors didn’t leave room in the driveway. The day of checkout I got a message about checkout. I had took my daughter to the hospital that night and morning of. I had called, text and a message on the app asking how much it would be for a few extra hours past 11 because I had took my daughter to the hospital that night and I was as taking her again. I never received a response and this was around 9ish am. I came back from taking my daughter to the hospital and was making sure we packed up and took care of what was needed.

Nice small place for the price! Place was clean and pictures are accurate. Minor cosmetic things noticed and lacking basic paper goods.

Clean and comfortable

This rental was in a great neighborhood convenient to everything. We were able to walk a couple blocks to a grocery store and coffee shop. There was plenty of space to spread out and very comfortable beds.

Annual Greenbay visit

We visit the area once year to visit family. The home is tidy and nicely stocked. A nice little home away from home. Would stay again!

Excellent!

Lovely historic neighborhood! Very clean and spacious townhouse. Quiet neighbors. There's a really nice walking trail a couple blocks away that borders the Fox River.

Comfortable

There was a few things broken oven handle and towel ring in bathroom. Also no wash towel for kitchen and only one wash cloth for showering. Otherwise beds were great location was wonderful. Cute house and quiet neighborhood ! Would stay again!

Overall clean / nice

Overall we had a nice stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Everything was renovated, except the bathtub was original and old. The family room couch and rug was pretty worn and could probably be updated. The host was responsive and friendly, check in / out went smoothly.

Perfect!

We stayed here for 11 days. It’s great! We’ll appointed, offstreet parking, clean , spacious and a huge smart tv. Neighborhood is very quiet and well lit. Just three blocks from the bike trail/walking path. Just three blocks in the other direction is a coffee/bagel shop and supermarket. Everything was great! Internet was strong. The bathroom is on the second floor - would have been great to have a half bath on first floor. I highly recommend staying here. If anyone has issues with stairs this might not be ideal for them but otherwise it’s a wonderful spot.

This is nice place to stay

The checking went smoothly, the property is just like pictures shows, very clean, nice kitchen, I would recommend this place to stay. Probably a more powerful fan upstairs will make even better the staying there.
