Enjoy your stay in Green Bay in this 2 bedroom second floor apartment. It offers a secure entryway, and free parking. The newly renovated cozy kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. This is a two bedroom unit, with 1 full bathroom. You are only 6 miles from Lambeau Field, Bay Beach Amusement Park, and the Resch Center.
*PETS* No cats allowed. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a 40lb weight restriction. All dogs must be added to the reservation.

I give my guests space but am available when needed

This is the only place I’ve booked in which we needed to connect with the host but never received a response and the heat was off upon entry (60 degrees inside), but it was a good location and clean. A couple things to note: cold (C) in the shower is actually the hot side, the toilet was not secure to the floor, and if you need a soft to medium firmness for a bed plan on sleeping on the couch. We won’t stay here in the future bc the firmness of beds and mainly because we never received a call back, reply text, or reply (other than automated) within the app.

Great place to stay for an extended work travel need.

Comfortable Quiet and Convenient. Had to stay for work for multiple days and don’t want to pay through the nose at a hotel with no kitchen and living room. This was a great alternative and a fantastic place to stay it. Felt like my apartment and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Property

Excellent property. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was perfect for our stay in Green Bay. Same price as a hotel room but has much more room and convenience than a hotel. Will stay again.

My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Quiet and simple

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the king bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were fitting, the only concern is the sofa was pretty worn and not comfortable.

Well-kept apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Michael is an excellent host. Lots of little touches that make it clear he cares that you have a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. He even provided a new sponge!

Great place

We stayed here while waiting to close on our house. It looks just like the listing. It was very clean and comfortable. They provided all of the necessities. Michael was very friendly and helpful. Reminder: its on the 2nd floor in case you have someone with mobility issues. I would definitively recommend.

Great place

The property was great. The check-in process was smooth, the guest instructions were clear, and there were snacks when we arrived (nice touch). There were a few small things that weren’t issues for us (like no batteries in the remote control) because it was just a place to stay close enough to Lambeau that we could get rides to/from. We did leave a couple of items, and although the host confirmed that they were found, and we offered to reimburse for shipping, we have had trouble getting anywhere with having the items sent to us. I’ll update the review if I am able to if that’s resolved.

Great communication

This property was exactly as pictured, so cute and cozy. I came to Green Bay for surgery and things got messed up the week i was to be there and my surgery was moved to the following week. I was more than thrilled that they were able to move my reservation to accommodate my surgery as that relieved a lot of stress. I can't say enough about this place and the communication. Thank you for making everything so smooth and making me feel at home during this time.
