No outdoor activities between quiet hours of 10pm-8am

Occupants shall respect the neighbors: privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the property

TOT Rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External guest rental agreement to be signed electronically

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
