The space
The home is completely private, although the host does live in an apartment below the main house. The space you are renting is the entire top floor of the home.

The house is a converted double, which is why there are two front doors. The entrance is through the left side door. The living room, dining room and kitchen all flow together, creating an open concept perfect for groups.

There are three bedrooms, and six total beds. There is a full bathroom in each side of the house. The front porch can comfortably sit 8, and overlooks Maurepas Street.

Each bedroom is equipped with linens, towels and hangars in the closet. The kitchen is fully-stocked.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire top floor of the house, as well as the entire front patio.

Other things to note
There is no off-street parking, but you can park in front of the garages.
