Great Place Near Downtown Rogers

This property is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a great patio and backyard to hangout. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable with nice cool cotton bedding. I slept like a baby. It’s a quick 15 minute walk to downtown Rogers which has a ton of places to eat and cute shops. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Super Cute

This property is super cute and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our family of 3 found this to be the perfect size house. It has a cozy feel and we loved spending time on the back porch. The string lights and rocking chairs were the perfect touch.

Perfect spot for visiting UArk!

We loved this house. It was so cute, and clean, and exactly what we needed for a weekend visit with our son. It was about a 25 min drive to campus, but it was very easy and quite scenic. Our communication with the owner was amazing, and I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful house.

The home and property exceeded expectations and was adorable. The home was beautifully decorated, well maintained and situated in a quiet, historical neighborhood. We had a small issue that was quickly addressed by management. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cleanest VRBO ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! This is the third vrbo property we have stayed in this year and it was the cleanest by far!!! Also well decorated and well stocked. Was the perfect set up for myself, my husband and our 1.5 year old son. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location is great and neighborhood is lovely. There was a terrible storm during our stay and the owners immediately checked to make sure we were ok and were very accommodating with the whole situation. We hope to stay here again!

Concert/Razorback/Anniversary Weekend

This is an impeccable home away from home. We love EVERYTHING about the home. The only bad thing is we couldn't stay longer!! Perfect location to enjoy the Amphitheater, downtown Rogers, all the fantastic restaurants, and a short drive to Reynolds Razorback Stadium. We LOVED it and we will be back. Oh and the Cindy and team were amazing hosts they thought of everything in this home.

Adorable, very clean home

The house was a great place to stay for myself and my college daughter. It was very clean and decorated very well. We had a couple of issues with the appliances not working properly but were able to make do. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My only suggestion would be to add another mirror in a bedroom near an outlet because the bathroom is very small and only 1 person can get ready in there at a time.

Cute and Cosy

My adult son and I stayed in the house for five nights. First impression and last impression is the house is great! It is perfect for one to two people. Loved the back patio. We also appreciated the lighting for that driveway close to the house. It was very nice for coming in after dark.It was a quiet neighborhood except we were there on the Fourth of July, lol. The kitchen was quite adequate except the cooktop is extremely slow! My one and only complaint is the twin bed mattresses were very hard. One is harder than the other and it is like trying to sleep on a rock. The other one is slightly better. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. I might try to bring something to put on top of the twin bed mattress to make it more comfortable.
