The amenities weren’t all great. The hot tub was unusable and after contacting the host we were told it was broke with parts in order. It would have nice to know ahead of time as this was a deciding factor in renting this Vrbo. Also plan on bringing you own shampoo/conditioner and bath soap. Otherwise the house was a good space for our family.

Unfortunate the tub was not working. We loved our stay and would recomend better mattress in the bedrooms. The ones in the twin size beds were rough for adults to sleep on. Another thing the trash bin outside was full and there were aunts in the kitchen counter. We will be back and plan on renting this place again.

We really enjoyed our time in the pool. We had a lot of rain but was still able to get in the pool. The house is like the pictures. It was very clean and we enjoyed the whole trip.

5 STAR - Wonderful Family Vacation

This home was absolutely beautiful — even better than the photos! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the pool — it was sparkling clean, the perfect temperature, and became our favorite hangout spot every day. The layout of the house was ideal, spacious yet cozy, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.The location was amazing — close to everything yet peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. We can’t wait to rent again — already counting down the days until our next stay!

Wonderful house

This was the perfect house for my family. We all met here from various parts of the country for a weekend musical festival and the house and the owner were fantastic, we did not have a single issue and would be happy to stay here again!

The location was perfect. Property was nice and roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay. At that price, there were a few things that could have been slightly better to receive a five star rating. Unfortunately, the hot tub was too cold to use which was of the reasons we chose the rental. The owner did their best to help remedy the situation.

Family weekend

Traveled from Nebraska with my elderly mother to visit our son and grandson while in Austin. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, large kitchen. Great for cards, pool play and watching TV. Thank you Mabel!

Relaxing by the pool

Lovely house with great layout & flow. The back yard was great - with a large pool, hot tub, grill & fire pit. So relaxing, peaceful & very pretty evening sky views. We had a great time.

Awesome stay

Mabel was an awesome host as always. We always enjoy each stay at her home as it's always clean and relaxing. The pool was perfect for the days we stayed as the heat index was over 100. We will be back again.

Excellent house and communication

We were very happy with our stay here. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor space and the house overall. Also in a nice community with a great park to take the kids to just around 1/2 mile away. Thanks Mabel for the great communication as well!

Lovely home in Leander.

The home was lovely, everything we needed was provided and the host (Mabel) could not have been more cooperative and helpful. We stayed for two weeks and would recommend this home for any length of stay. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but the hot tub was very relaxing! Again, Mabel was an extraordinary host, and we would definitely stay here when back in the area.

Perfection!!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. The house was super clean, it had all of the amenities that we needed. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The host was always available if we had a question. And the best part was the jacuzzi!! It was definitely what we needed after a long day at the festival!! Don’t hesitate to book!!

Excellent location and property

This is a spacious home with all the amenities you could want. It's located on a corner lot in a nice neighborhood close enough to be a short drive to anything you want but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic. We didn't use the pool and hot tub as wife was in a leg cast from a foot surgery but they were available. The master bath has practically a roll in shower with the option of using the hand held head which was a requirement with the leg cast. The kitchen seemed to be well appointed though we didn't use it or the outside grill during this stay. Mabel was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing that was very minor to us was no TV in the master and one of the other bedrooms. Not a big issue as we were pretty exhausted after outings with local friends but if you like to go to sleep with TV on like we typically do that's not an option. Even with that, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay at well below the cost of a decent hotel with the 3 people we had.
