Immerse yourself in art and culture in gorgeous Santa Fe! Of Course in the "City Different" it is all about location! And Zona Rosa has the location tucked away on a quiet side street.Walk 2 blocks to Santa Fe Plaza or discover the thriving local art scene in the nearby Railyard District.

Unit 70- San Francisco
LIVING AREA

A wood-burning adobe fireplaces creates the inviting ambience of an upscale hacienda in the living area. Snuggle on the queen sofa bed and stream shows on the 42" smart TV. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The Chimney flues are open during that time then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING

Indulge your inner chef in the kitchen, appointed with sleek granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. When it's time to eat, share authentic Southwestern meals around the table for six in the dining area. There is a lovely herb garden in the main portion of the complex, in case you need a sprig or two of something for your dinner dish.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleep eight guests 3 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Each bedroom includes a 42" smart TV. The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a king bed. The en-suites bathroom offers a luxe tub/shower combination. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with two full-sized beds and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
COURTYARD
Serve morning coffee at the dining table in your private courtyard. Enjoy your meals alfresco and using the natural gas grill. There is a gate in the courtyard that connects this unit with unit 71.

Unit 71 - San Rafael
LIVING AREA
Relax in the upscale living area, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors create a delightful Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances.
Sip morning coffee at the five-person kitchen bar. Then dine together at the table set for six.
BED & BATH
This single-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku.
An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Enjoy appetizers on the private patio, detailed with seating for six. Or enjoy grilling a meal on the gas grill.
Unit 73 - Santa Barbara
LIVING AREA
A 50” smart TV allows you to stream favorite shows and new movies from your preferred digital service. Light the wood-burning fireplace and relax on the plush queen sleeper sofa. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Newly appointed with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is sure to please any home chef. And run down to the herb garden in the courtyard for that special touch.
Serve culinary creations around the table for four in the dining area or out on the patio.

This single-story condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and the queen sofa bed in the living area.
Find quiet privacy in the bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower and is also accessible from the hallway.
OUTDOOR AREA
The private balcony offers an intimate perch above Zona Rosa.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker are provided.
Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle, per unitin the on-site parking area. Zona Rosa also includes electric car charging ports (one Tesla and one universal).
This rental is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.
