Peace and Quiet!

Drinking coffee on the deck watching the day break was matched only by having a cold one watch the day come to close! Pays for itself right there!

Great Stay!

Our family had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood felt safe and was just a few minutes from food and activities. The property had plenty of space for us and everything we needed including games, which our kids loved. It felt clean and there were many little details and finishing touches that made it feel cozy and homey. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay again.

Great Location! Great Place! Great Hosts!

This was such a great place to stay for our family rafting trip. Only 2 minutes from Kern River Outfitters and about 5-7 minutes to downtown Kernville. I was a bit nervous renting a “mobile home” but you wouldn’t know it! Easy to find. The outside is very well kept in a good neighborhood. Felt very safe with my family. The inside was nicely decorated and we used the ping pong table the first night here! Plenty of space and each of us had our own rooms. Communication with the hosts was wonderful. They were prompt with our questions and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Michelle!

A cute and homey place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home. We stayed for two nights over Christmas with our grown daughters. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you need (including an air fryer and the coffee maker can make a pot or it also takes Keurig Cups). The bathrooms were also well supplied with thoughtful amenities. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice bonus. The view from the deck is better than the picture shows and the outdoor furniture is really nice and comfortable. There are many little stores, gas stations and a tavern close by. The hosts were very responsive with any questions I had and made us feel welcome. It was a great experience all around. We hope to go back again.
