Host was very easy to communicate with - immediate response. Place was spotless! Super comfortable beds. Drive way parking very convenient. Nice neighborhood accessible to pretty much everything Buffalo has to offer.

Overall the Owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I highly recommend this location to the downtown area as well.

Gavin was a super host. He addressed all my questions, helped us arrive early after we flew into Buffalo via red eye and made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all.

The whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment is decorated well and clean. Instructions for check in and out were very clear and concise. The host was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Parking was great!The bedrooms were great with beds that weren't too hard or soft and great pillows to compliment for a good nights sleep. The morning facing bedroom does get a little warm in the morning, but isn't unbearable. The kitchen had ample room to store food whether snacking, cooking or refrigerating. There were plenty of appliances to accommodate needs or wants. The only thing I would have liked to see in the kitchen were some simple plastic containers for storing cooked food and a better knife to cut with. The dining room had lots of space to sit, eat or play games. We couldn't get the overhead fan to work though.The livingroom had enough seats for us to enjoy each other's company with ample lighting. The t.v. was nice to have for movies to watch. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious enough to store our things while we visited. It was great not having to worry about packing shampoo, conditioner or soap. I would have liked to see some hooks in the shower area to put washcloths or loofahs, but that was a very small thing.There was a commotion in the upstairs apartment, but before I could complain or ask questions, the host had already messaged letting us know what was going on.Overall, we would most definitely use this apartment again!

We had a wonderful stay at Gavin's VRBO! He was an excellent host, with clear, friendly, thorough, and timely communication. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. I loved the neighborhood for morning walks. Driveway parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Best beds in Buffalo

The whole process was really great. Communication with the owner was frequent and clear. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and made it difficult to check out in time.
