We had a great stay at the farmhouse, it was tranquil, nicely stocked with supplies and had many interesting books and artwork. Definitely recommend.

Had a great time with our family and friends at The Napping Farm. Wonderful location, ideal surroundings and privacy. Comfortable accommodations. Contacted the host in regards to some initial issues upon arrival and they were dealt with promptly. We would definitely stay at the property again.Rocky the Cat was a hit. : )

Great stay

Really great stay in all the right ways. Comfy beds, homey touches with all the cooking basics and a nicely stocked kitchen. Plenty of games inside and out, and the hammock was well used. Loved the lights at night!!!’

Farm House Tuck-away

Nice farm house with all the amenities you need. Beds were super comfy, nice to have internet. Rocky the Russian Spy cat came to visit a few time.

We had a great time at the Napping Farm. The house is simple but comfortable and perfect for a family with young kids (bunk bed, games, and nature!). My two boys (6 and 3) had a blast, especially when Mike or his staff was around. They loved watching them work, while also chatting and exploring the barn and surroundings. Mike was an amazing host. Very welcoming and friendly. He helped set up a fire and got us everything we needed to make smores. Everyone was sad to leave.

Interesting place

The Napping farm has interesting history documented in the welcome book. There's games and books to keep you occupied and if those don't work, there's high speed internet and tvs. But a walk around the property is also a welcome attraction. The kitchen and baths are stocked with much more than is necessary. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 3 stayed here for our daughter's graduation from UW Madison. We were so busy that we basically just got to sleep here, but we all said we wished we could come back another time when we could just stay around the Farm - it was so cozy and relaxing! It feels very homey, the beds are super comfortable, and it's out in the middle of country, so peaceful! The icing on the cake was the incredibly sweet cat Rocky who greeted us at the door - made it feel even more homey! Common was a great communicator! Thank you so much - we look forward to visiting again sometime!

Comfortable, clean, updattd old farm house in a very quiet setting and convenient location. I’d definitely stay there again. Most enjoyable!

It was an old farm house - very quaint. The beds were comfortable. There was a musty, bad smell downstairs- even with windows open could not get rid of it. I booked for 6 people it said it slept 6 so I would have expected 6 kitchen chairs and there were only 5. And only 5 forks. The kids enjoyed the friendly cat- Rocky.

Perfect getaway

Perfect weekend getaway! Remote enough to see the stars and be able to relax, but close enough to grab a meal out or groceries to make in the kitchen with ease. Love the house, the grounds and the whole experience. I definitely hope to be back again!
