Stay in comfort at this modern condo located in beautiful historic downtown Hammond. You will have a delightful stay while being located in walking distance from popular coffee shops, neighborhood park, and numerous trendy restaurants and bars. This location is less than 1 mile from SELU campus. Enjoy college sporting events, walking paths, numerous festivals and events throughout the year as well as a farmer's market on Saturday. This unique place has a style all its own.
Hammond is the perfect combination of small town with the conveniences of a larger city! While staying with us you will be in walking distance to over 20 local restaurants, boutique shopping, and several local bars. A 5 minute car drive will take you to the Hammond Square Mall! Local parks include: Cate Square, Chappapeela Park, Zemurray Park, and North Oak Park.

Loved this little condo!

We were in town for a dance competition, so we really only slept at the condo, but it was perfect. It was clean, comfy, and very well-located. I will definitely rebook next year if we have a competition in Hammond again.

Hammond condo

Property was as described with the exception of minimally equipped kitchen and no towel racks to hang towels in any of the bathrooms. The keypad did not open the door and with some effort we managed to get a call back from the host who said that they put new batteries in the keypad a few day’s before and it worked. She talked us through finding a lockbox in the dark where we located a key which we used the entire time of our stay with no communication thereafter. We were attending a memorial for a relative who passed away and only one key was a nuisance during a difficult time. The oven had not been cleaned and was unusable. I texted the host with these complaints saying I expected some accommodation for the difficulties we experienced and as of this writing have been ghosted. All in all we would not recommend the unit.

A Perfect Little Place

We absolutely loved staying there! It was perfectly located. So close to Southeastern. We will definitely stay again! Very clean and decorated so cute!

Brought my son for a lacrosse tournament and couldn’t have been happier! The property was Amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice! Awesome decor, layout, quality! The property mgr went above & beyond with my technical difficulties. I will rent from these people in other places & will rent this one again! Beyond cute house & we walked multiple places which was fun!

This is a fabulous place to stay! Super clean with great amenities. We loved being able to walk downtown. Love that there are basically two suites!!

Perfect home away from home

My stay here was wonderful. My check in process was easy and the host communicated well. The home was very clean and I loved how cozy it felt. The location is a safe area and lots of restaurants around and grocery store is close. The property is nearby a train track, but it wasn’t bad as I thought it would be. I slept through every night I was there. The host alone deserves 100+ stars because she had snacks and water available. The kitchen was well stocks and that included coffee (kcup), cream and sugar. I was blown away by this property it deserves 1000+ stars. Now, if i had to critique something it would be add a towel rack in the bathrooms and a thicker curtain on the front door because people can see right through the one that’s there. Great home away from your home.

I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. Well, really the whole place is nice. The floors were a little dusty, especially under the beds, but overall, everything was great!

Great Stay!

This property is a gem. It is furnished in a modern fashion and has a wonderful location in the heart of Hammond. The unit is furnished with everything you need. There is ample, convenient parking in the rear of the building. The property manager was very nice and easy to deal with. We hope to stay here again in the future.
