Stunning property with water and mountain views - Sleeps 10

Looking for outstanding views and access to Island Park Reservoir? Look no further this immaculate home gives you nearby beach access and a boat launch. Hawks View has a marvelous kitchen area and plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy in the amazing great room. Enjoy every thing this cabin has to offer with floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplace and a shuffleboard table. Snowmobile right from the driveway and enjoy the heated garage at the end of the day (skis must be covered)! With 3 private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area that has a queen over king bunk bed you can bring your friends or family as we comfortably sleep 10. Soak in the hot tub or BBQ on the covered deck at the end of a long day and watch the sunrises and the sunsets.
Hawks View is 35 miles from the gates of Yellowstone National Park.
During the winter, the driveway is plowed. There is ample space for a snowmobile trailer and vehicles.
Hawks View is a NON SMOKING cabin. We are under county ordinances for short term rentals and ask that our guests please stay in compliance for their safety and health; we ask that you stay within capacity limits, read and comply with the burn and no fireworks ordinance and please be neighborly.

Could not have asked for a better home for the week. The location allowed us to explore GTNP & YNP with ease. The day we stayed put was perfect thanks to the shuffleboard table, lake, hotub and critters to watch. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and kitchen were cabinets stocked with every appliance needed. Communication with the Hosts was flawless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic week

Listing is accurate, beds were comfortable kitchen stocked nicely was a great jumping off point for our trip but relaxing and such a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area..

Very nice place to stay! Only complaints would be on a long gravel road, and spiders and webs outside. The webs should be pressure washed and pest control service.

Thank you so much for your review. We truly appreciate your feedback. This time of year it can be challenging to completely keep up with outdoor spider webs, as they tend to appear quickly in the mountain environment. That said, we do high-pressure wash the deck multiple times throughout the year to stay ahead of bird nests and spider webs as much as possible. We hope you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed your time in the mountains!

Incredible cabin with beautiful views and very clean.

Will absolutely stay here again. Beautiful setting, beautiful cabin and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the layout is perfect. We had 3 groups of people and everyone LOVED this place. Hosts were great and we really appreciated the heated garage since it was -15 every morning.

This property is exactly as advertised... Some things we really liked about the house... Very Clean! Beautiful neighborhood and surrounding area as well as the home's amenities. We've stayed in a number of rentals and this rental was one of the nicest. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful home, exceptionally clean, and very spacious for 9 adults. The only drawback is that it is far from a Yellowstone Park, a good 45 minutes, thought it was only 30. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway

This property was gorgeous and in a great location for us. It was about 45 minutes to the West Gate of Yellowstone. This time of year, we got to see snowfall, which was beautiful. Great rental. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Property, Well maintained

Great place to stay. Other cabins in the area, but very quiet and peaceful. Overlooking a lake, 2 miles from horseback riding, 40 min from West Yellowstone, kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, barbeque, near water activities, rivers, hikes, ATV trails and more. I will definately be coming back.

Amazing winter stay

This property was a great getaway for a family snowmobile trip. You can ride straight from the property. Although our trip had bad weather, the hot tub and shuffleboard made our stay unforgettable . We intend on staying again

Beautiful property. Pictures online represent well what you’ll experience and enjoy. They had just cleaned the carpets and when we arrived furniture was on blocks and stacked on beds. We are in our 70’s and didn’t feel able to move these on our own. I called LM and received a prompt callback and their very nice Handiman Hoyle came and fixed everything for us. We had a second question and never got a reply before we left. (Several days) so I marked down to 4 stars on communication. My second 4 star was on cost. I’m old, I paid well for a nice place but we were instructed to strip linens, wash all towels used, empty and take out all trash to bear proof garbage at end of property then clean up before leaving. I felt like sone of that should have been covered in the higher cost. But as I started with this is a lovely property well decorates with nice water and Mountain View’s. (Sad we weren’t allowed to use the nice fire pit)
