• Must be 21+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 8 guests
• During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable occupancy ratio is one (1) person age 25 or older for every two (2) occupants under the age of 25 but over 18. During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO.
• No pets (resort rule)
• 1 assigned parking spot + 1 open spot
• Shores of Panama charges a $90 + tax resort fee per stay for wristbands & parking passes (8 wristbands included)
• Exterior renovations are underway through August 2026.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. We especially loved the balcony views and being able to step right out to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. Shores of Panama had easy beach access, close to shops and restaurants, and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Like paradise, everything beautiful.

Conveniently located on upper floor with gorgeous views and one huge negative thing is that we do not have enough vacation time to enjoy this beautiful property and location.

Shores of Panama

Loved this place except for them allowing folks to blast their boomboxes from their balconies which made for a lot of competing with different genres and it lasted til midnight and after every night. Quiet time from 10 p.m to 10 a.m was never enforced. Aside from this we loved our condo and Shores of Panama.

Spring break

Overall this was a great vacation. The room was nice, the beach was amazing. The only downfalls are that the pools were not heated - (too cold to swim end of march) and the hot tubs were very gross because so many people. There were tons of unsupervised children running around, and you had to wait forever for an elevator. With that being said, it was spring break, and this is a huge hotel. Would still recommend or return again.

Good not great

Place was nice and in a great location but had some problems which were inconvenient. We were told there were two parking passes for us but was only one in the room. We couldn’t sleep on the pullout couch because it was covered in food and bugs.

Nice but the fees are high

The condo is nice but needs just a few tiny repairs. Our wristbands needed to enter and exit the property didn't work and were never replaced even after I sent a message to let the company know about the problem. The indoor pool was "closed for maintenance" and looked like it had been for a long time. Our parking pass which was laying on the counter in the condo was not clearly explained to us at check in and we were very rudely spoken to when we tried to come back from dinner the second night there.

HORRIBLE PROPERTY

Shores of Panama is a horrible facility. So bad everyone in the elevator during our check out said they would never stay again. You could wait for 30 mins or longer for an elevator every time and possibly get stuck in it, pool attendants said they will pick up your towels and stuff unattended after 6 mins. We watched them do this every day and couldn’t even leave to eat lunch together. RIDICULOUS!! Rented chairs and umbrella on the beach and they allowed other people and towels so close we couldn’t even get to our chairs to use them with out stepping on someone. Waste of money! They kick you off the beach at 10pm and no just sitting around the pool after 10pm either. You either go to your room or some where else at 10pm. Parking garage is way to tight. We’ve stayed here twice and seen wrecks every time. I was hoping our second stay would be better and it was worse then the first time. Take my advice. DO NOT STAY HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE!

Pathetic internet, washer/dryer difficult to operate, Poor quality mattresses & limited consumables

Except amenities of the building very thing else is so difficult. So difficult to park, long wait for elevators, confusing approach to condo (its like walking in the maze). Poor quality mattresses and spring boxes. Mails before checking process scares you - You will be charged for everything, instead of enjoying the stay we were on continuous watch that we should not be charged extra . It was like rationing 1 roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in kitchen etc. $50 + shipping cost if you forget something in condo. I called customer service for parking problem, I got call back after 24 hours.

Sandy, Thank you for the feedback. We sadly do not manage the resort, only the unit so I cannot really comment on the parking or the elevators. Spring break is a very busy time of the year and that does slow down the Wi-Fi as well as the elevators and makes the beach a bit more crowded. As far as the check-in instructions we let you know on your rental agreement to look out for these instructions that are sent 10 days prior to your stay as well as the day of your stay and this email has all the information that you need to know for check in and all information about your unit including parking. The check-in instructions as well as the rental agreement also let all guest know that we only supply enough consumables to get you by until you can get to the store since all consumables (Toilet paper, paper towels etc.) are to be provided by the guest. We did receive your message asking about how many parking passes you get after normal business hours, and we responded to you as soon as we opened the next day at 8am. We do also mention in all our correspondence that there is limited assistance for late check-ins but do have an emergency line for help if it was an emergency. We try to give our guest as much information as possible so that they can be prepared and enjoy their stay. We do not charge for anything in addition to your reservation unless there are items broken or missing during your stay this is only to protect our assets. We at Forehand Rentals manage all our units to the best of our abilities to ensure that they are safe, clean, and ready for each of our guests and future guests to enjoy their stay with us; Sadly not everyone that stays are as considerate as some, and these policies have to be put in place. We do hope that with that explanation that you will see that we truly do care about our units as well as our guests. We welcome you to come and stay with us again.

Review

Everything was good except for the initial cleanliness of the condo. There was dog poop on the Curtain of the sliding door and sheets needed to be changed. The elevators were overly congested. The view was great! the location of the condo was good, easy access to everything. Including restaurants & beach.
