Tajade Cozy Getaway is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit with kitchen. This townhouse is super comfortable, spacious, warm & inviting and cozy. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find a comfortable living room with oversized deep sectional sofa with a 75in smart TV. You'll immediately feel like you can kick your feet up and relax. And I hope you do exactly that! It's perfect for guests to gather in the living space to watch a football game and chat. The well equipped kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for 6 and living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching football.

Perfect for game day weekends, graduation, birthdays, & any occasion you would like to celebrate!

Washer/dryer is in 1/2 bath on main floor

It comes complete with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen! You will have Kuerig coffee station with starbucks & selection coffee & creamer & selection of tea & condiments in the morning as well as all the ice maker, pots, pans and accessories needed to cook meals & general cooking items (i.e: olive oil, spices, sugar)

* There could be some street noise, as the
street runs directly behind the townhouse. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will definitely hear it on the back porch.
