NEWLY RENOVATED, 3 blocks from AU, Game Day House “Caddy’s Shack”

We closed on our condo & adopted a new pup on Coach Cadillac Williams 1st day! Naturally, our pup is named Cadillac “Caddy” and our place celebrates that AU spirit!

“Caddy’s Shack” is our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home that is walkable to Toomers Corner, great restaurants, and our AU campus just 3 blocks away!

NINE beds are provided for friends and family- 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin pop up, & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 2 full baths are upstairs and a half bath and laundry room are downstairs.

EVERYTHING will be RENOVATED by the 1st game on Sept 2. All new furniture, flooring, and paint will be in place for you to enjoy.

Parking is a breeze with a GARAGE and private driveway! “Caddy’s Shack” of course allows dogs to visit and has a huge fenced backyard with a party deck & grill. Linens, towels, basic soaps and shampoo are provided, along with WiFi and a large screen smart tv.Every room has a ceiling fan and all floors are LVP. Updated pictures will be posted as the reno gets underway. We’d love to host you! War Eagle!

We loved our stay at Caddy’s Shack. We were in town for Camp War Eagle and the location was so convenient to campus. In addition to two teenagers, we traveled with our two dogs and the fenced, private backyard was very much appreciated. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Kim was super helpful before and during our stay. I would be happy to stay at Caddy’s Shack again in the future. Thank you.

Everything we needed and convenient location

The home has everything we needed, plus a nice backyard for relaxing. We took an easy walk downtown for dinner one night, and it was just a 15 minute walk.

Weekend in Auburn

We stayed the weekend for our daughter swim meet at Auburn. Grandparents came for the swim meet and for birthday celebration. The house was clean and close to the university which was nice as the meet was a 3 day event. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook most of our meals in. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. There was enough room for 4 adults and 2kids and a small dog. We had a nice weekend.

Great time with family

This place was an awesome place for my family to reconnect. Our youngest was on leave from the army and our oldest was able to join us. There was plenty of room for both people and dogs. Ms Kim answered questions quickly. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Solid location, great host

I was in town with some friends for a golf weekend. This spot is close enough to walk to campus and downtown Auburn without being so close that you’re dealing with the traffic. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. That back patio was a great spot for sharing some drinks and laughs. The hosts were super communicative and helpful in ensuring we were able to get in and had everything we needed.

Charming home in AU

My family was in Auburn for baseball and we could not have been happier with this rental and would definitely stay here again in the future. We also brought our dogs and they loved the backyard! Our host was very accommodating and communicated well. The house was newly updated and was very quaint and comfortable and beds were comfy and loved all the AU artwork. It was the perfect home away from home!

Auburn Visit

Kim was great to work with & quite responsive. Close to downtown Auburn/Toomer’s. Place was clean, comfy & cozy with plenty of Auburn decor. Real fireplace was a big positive as it was quite cold during our visit. Great option for family with a small pet.

Thanksgiving Iron Bowl

This was perfect house to enjoy Thanksgiving with our family then walk to Jordan Hare for the Irin Bowl. Great backyard for our dog, plenty of room for the family and within easy walking distance to everything in town. Would definitely stay afain & recommend it to everyone!
