Welcome to my personal home, purchased in 2017 and lovingly renovated with plenty of blood, sweat, and tears. Still always a work in progress! This charming 106-year-old property has tremendous character, and while there are still a few projects here and there, the main level has been completely updated—along with an amazing private, fenced-in deck/patio featuring a hot tub.

Cozy beds with blackout curtains ensure a great night’s sleep, and the home is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space just 3 blocks from Downtown LFK and South Park. Each room has its own unique theme for a tranquil stay. Sleeps 7 total—One King, Two Queens, plus a couch. We’ve got you covered!

Enjoy the BEAUTIFUL private deck/patio, Hot Tub, and infrared Sauna.

This house was perfect for family weekend with friends. The location is unbeatable! We were able to walk to the game, restaurants and entertainment. The house is stocked with anything you could need and super clean and inviting. Host was incredible to work with, and everything was super easy. Highly recommend!

Weekend in Lawrence

Property is decorated very well and in a perfect location to explore Lawrence for the weekend. Casey was a great host and the home has lots of wonderful character.

Cozy Thanksgiving

We visited Lawrence for Thanksgiving because our son didn’t get much time off for the holiday. This house was the perfect cozy bungalow in an outstanding location. We walked to Mass Street for meals and ice cream. It’s also close to our favorite breweries, Lawrence Beer co and Free State. Couldn’t have been better!

Beautiful home, close to everything!

My friends and stayed in this home while in town visiting our daughters at college. The house is perfect! Modern while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping and the check-in/check-out process is simple and convenient. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Wonderful Quaint house with everything you need and a great location close to campus & Mass street .

We had a great weekend stay - the weather was kind of wicked so it was great to come back to the warm house and all enjoy watching football on the couch. The beds were comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the hot tub due tot he weather but back yard looked very welcoming. Great location, lots of amenities, easy communication, and very quaint historic/older home.

Like staying at a friends house!

Four adult family members and two young teens booked Casey’s house for a KU weekend. This house is absolutely adorable. Tons of character and a great layout. The back patio and hot tub area is so perfect, we spent a lot of time out there! We parked our cars Friday early afternoon and didn’t need them until checkout. The location is perfect. Maybe a 7 min walk to Mass street. We were able to walk all over campus and back, no problem. Close enough to be out and about, walk to the house to change and walk right back out again. My husband and I slept in an upstairs bed and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. We all agreed that we’d absolutely stay there again. Casey was an awesome host and communication was fast and friendly!

It is just 2 blocks from downtown and has a lot of privacy and all the amenities you're looking for when staying for a short or long period of time.
