North park B&B

As we searched for B&B, my family and myself were planning to stay for a little mini vacation this location. I highly recommend it's very clean and cozy has all the necessities that you need.. also it was a good price thank you for making my stay welcoming.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect for our visit. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient, close to local attractions yet peaceful. Perfect place to stay for a SDSU family

We dropped off our college student and stayed here. It is close to the university and has a fabulous garage parking spot. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Amazing property and location

We came to San Diego with our 2 teenage daughters, there was plenty of room for us. Stayed 4 nights, wonderful communication with the owners, very kind and responsive to questions. The location is incredibly close to downtown and has shopping and food in the neighborhood. The couch is super comfy and made movie watching and hanging out very enjoyable. Would absolutely stay again.

Quite little hidden gem

Allie and Ryan were the most gracious hosts. We were in town to move our son into college. They made sure we had everything we needed. The space is beautiful and so quite. We will definitely be back!

Choked out by oil diffusers - Host didn't see a problem

When we went inside the unit we were immediately hit with a choking amount of fragrance. I found FIVE plugin oil diffusers, unplugged them, set them outside, and opened all the windows to air the place out. The manufacturer states the diffusers are good for 550 sqft, so this is FIVE TIMES what should be there. The host says they have "severe allergies" to pets so they know what irritants feel like.I immediately contacted the host to let them know I had found the five diffusers and set them outside. I also asked about AC for the bedrooms as there wasn't a minisplit in them. I slept terribly. It was hot in the room despite the door being open (so much for "plenty of...privacy") and I had a headache from the persistent fragrance.The hosts did not see a problem and seemed more concerned with their investment property than guest safety. They said I should have told them "months ago" that I had asthma which isn't relevant if products are used correctly.They also stated because the house had any AC it was not mis-represented despite it being incorrectly installed and inadequate for the space. (Each bedroom should have had a dedicated split head.) Many hours later they told me their decision was not to offer me a refund "it's peak summer season." They offered to clean the space however we had already moved out due to their lack of timely responses into a last-minute hotel. I couldn't risk my family vacation hoping they cleaned every surface, blinds, cabinets, etc.

We genuinely care about our guests’ experience and did everything we could to address your concerns, but unfortunately we weren’t given the opportunity before you chose to leave. We offered to help accommodate whatever you needed to feel comfortable in our home and you didn't want to talk past "give me my money back". We're truly sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations, but you blocked out these reservation dates months beforehand only to want your money back the first day and be unwilling to work with us. We're just standing up for ourselves at this point. We're residents of this neighborhood and take pride in offering to guests a small piece of our community while they visit. It's why you choose to stay in a home and skip over hotel stays in the first place. We are the type of place and people that actually comes over when you need help…but we didn't get that far. It appears that you wanted to unleash your wrath as you waited for your turn to leave a review after your short-lived stay. What we will do now is take your feedback and improve so that if we are grateful enough to host you again, we will be sure it is satisfactory to not only yourself and your family, but to all the guests soon to come. Please don't hesitate to communicate with us before, during, and after your stay…We’re always there for our guests, we even ship post-stay items, back to guests who forgot them, all the time. It's our home you are staying in and it's a home we will continue to make better every day.

Wonderful, comfortable stay!

I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Perfect spot for our family of 5. Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The garage and laundry room were such a plus! My 4 yo loved the yard and watching the chickens across the alleyway through the kitchen window. Shower Had plenty of shampoo and body wash. Kitchen nicely stocked with supplies. I appreciated the plastic dishware for my little one. Conveniently located to places we wanted to go. Hosts communicate well. Would definitely recommend!
