Adorable Beachy Cottage au coeur de Mission Beach! Près de TOUT!

L'endroit idéal pour vos vacances parfaites à la plage! Ce charmeur de Mission Beach est à seulement 3 portes de Mission Bay et à seulement une minute à pied de l'océan, de Belmont Park et du célèbre Big Dipper Roller Coaster, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants / activités. L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être plus central! Idéal pour une famille de 4 ou 5 ou deux couples. Le grand patio permet un endroit idéal pour se détendre ou faire un barbecue! Et le garage pour une voiture est une denrée à Mission Beach. Avec des planchers de bois franc, beaucoup de lumière dans le salon, une télévision à écran plat avec une sélection de films, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et tout l'équipement de plage dont vous aurez besoin (chaises, parasols, planches de bodyboard, serviettes de plage ), c'est un endroit idéal pour passer vos prochaines vacances. Apportez simplement vos tongs et votre crème solaire! Location de croiseur de plage très bon marché également disponible! Il y a aussi une unité arrière à réserver si vous avez besoin d'hébergement pour une autre famille ... Chaque unité a l'usage exclusif de leur propre côté du patio avec table de patio et 4 chaises. Des rideaux occultants dans la chambre et des draps de 700 fils sont un avantage pour dormir ou dormir après une journée de plaisir au soleil. Et si vous avez un bébé, nous offrons l'utilisation gratuite de notre pack and play, poussette parapluie et chaise haute portable!

Location was excellent! Close walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, and entertainment but on a quiet street. Well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable living area, great shower, lovely front patio area. Property owner was very quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. We had a great stay!

Incredible location! 1 block to Mission Bay, 2 blocks to Mission Beach. Several excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, & activities in easy walking distance. Can’t beat it! The property is nicely situated and has all the amenities you need to have a great stay. The patio is an underrated feature, and we had it to ourselves during the stay. The garage is a nice feature yet was really tight for my SUV, just make sure to check your dimensions ahead of time. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the cottage was everything we imagined it to be! Our expectations were exceeded & we cannot wait to stay again! The cottage is perfect for our small family, plus two dogs. The accommodations were very clean. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk along the bay or to the beach!

Great location close to the beach and perfect for our family vacaction

We spent 5 days here in November for a family vacation with our 2 year old son and had a great time. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and Belmont Park. We really enjoyed our time here!

Close to beach

Weather was rainy and cool, but our cottage was cozy and warm! Location was good for beach walking and getting to places in San Diego, LaJolla, Pacific Beach and Ocean BeachWould recommend this host/property.

Great location, cute place!!

The location is great! Walking distance to the marina and beach, the park, coffee, food. Paddleboards at the rental were super convenient we were able to just pick up and go. The rental was clean and the patio was perfect.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is walking distance from Belmont Park and the Bay. The park across the street is great for kids and the Italian restaurant across the street is very good. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Central location- perfect for long weekend

We stayed on Mission Beach for a long weekend celebrating our anniversary. It was perfect. Easy access to everything. The house was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Great place!!

My husband, Mark, and I are proud to be the owners of Island Court Cozy Cottage! We purchased this property in June of 2013 and have been enjoying our role as property managers and vacation hosts! We both grew up in San Diego and went to college here so we know the area well! We have 2 kids, ages 25 and 22 now, and have been creating many memories with them in our cottage, when it is not already reserved!

We chose this cottage because we love hanging out in Mission Beach! There seems to be something to do for everyone! We looked at properties for a year and half and knew this would be perfect for us the moment we saw it! We loved the front patio, just being able to relax there with a good book or BBQ with friends. We also felt the location was ideal, as it is within walking distance of everything we like to do ~ biking on the boardwalk, taking the kids to the roller coaster, swimming in the ocean or jogging along the bay... We've had a lot of fun remodeling and creating a comfortable, beachy home away from home, always looking for ways to make it even more perfect for our guests!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location, location, location!!! So close to everything! Beach rental shops on the same block (or if you don't want to pay the higher prices, we have 4 beach cruisers, a kayak and 2 paddle boards available to rent for next to nothing!!) We also have baby items for your use, including a pack and play, high chair, and umbrella stroller. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, garage, wi-fi, videos, AC, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels all included. And I am always available if you have any questions or need anything! It is my pleasure taking good care of my guests!!!
