CasaBella is a Traditional Duplex Town House in the heart of Beirut. 10 min drive to the Airport, 1 min walking distance to Grand Sariel Down Town. 10 minutes walking distance to Zaytouna bay seaside.
CasaBella has a private entrance and technal (double glazing) windows makes it isolated from outside noise ensuring restful sleep during day & night time. Top level consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom contains a shower bathroom and a walk in closet, other bedroom has a children's toilet.
The space
Duplex private house in the heart of Beirut. located at the first floor ( 22 steps ).
The upper Level with real massif parquet flooring consists of Luxurious cozy master bedroom that includes a queen bed (and upon request 2 single floor mattresses), walk in closet, shower bathroom.
A second bedroom that have 2 single beds (100c.m.) each and a cute mini kids size bathroom.
The lower level consists of a small Kitchen and a dining room and a beautiful bathroom with a standard bath tub size, and a T.V. room and surround sound system with a beautiful chimney.
The house is connected to solar power energy, so electricity is 24/7.
The solar panels system can provid electricity for lights and phone chargers 24/7 .
TV & Fridge and 1 AC ( Air condition ) during sunny days will be powered also on the solar panels systemđ.
While AC's and heater and washing machine can operate only by the electricity provided from the government (Lebanon Electricity).

CasaBella bldg. consist of 2 apartments A & B, but they are totally separated.
CasaBella A consist of a T.V. room that includes a chimney, Kitchen that includes fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wacher and dryer machine. and upper level 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms in each.
Very safe area, 1 minute walking distance to the Embassy complex (British embassy, Denmark embassy,
Japanese embassy, etc..) and half a minute walking distance to the European union delegation to Lebanon.

The house đ is totally isolated with double glazed (vitrage) windows and 40 cm of walls thickness that is made from natural sand rocks.
