Situated between Watkins Mill State Park and Smithville Lake for outdoor enthusiasts. Check out local trails for hiking and a paved four mile loop right in town. Plenty of local options for eating and several cute boutiques within walking distance. Enjoy the splash park in the summer and Fun Farm Pumpkin Patch all fall!

A group of four of us stayed here because we were riding the Opal Wapoo gravel bike event in nearby Excelsior Springs. The home is very nice and clean and was a perfectly comfortable place to rest before and after our ride. The neighborhood is really quiet and located in a great area. The rooms were nice and had comfortable beds and furniture. The linens were really nice too! The bathrooms were clean and had basic amenities and we appreciated that! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was nice and easy and made it a relaxing stay.

Nice house convenient location.

Very nice house with comfortable beds. Had problems with the internet but the host fixed the problem. Would rent again.

Quick get away for a Royals game. The house was in a good location, price was right. The town was friendly & had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect place in Kearney

We were visiting family friends with our parents and this place was perfect. Place was clean and quiet and we did not have to share a bathroom. Really enjoyed the little touches like providing coffee and coffee filters for the guests and laundry detergent as well. Our hosts even went and got us some wine glasses! Major plus we could have our two baby dogs with us! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, perfect for 5-6

Property manager was exceptional. She was responsive almost immediately. This house was perfect for 5-6 people. It’s very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from convenience stores and downtown Kearney. Wish we would have known about it a long time ago!

Nice quiet neighborhood

We rented vrbo houses next door to each other while in town for a family graduation; 8 nights at one house, 4 nights at the other. Both were furnished nicely, and owner very attentive to everything. Will stay there again!

Visiting Area

Cozy house nice to have a garage space . Host was very gracious and also made efforts to help us feel safe during tornado warning by making sure we could access the basement. Comfy beds ,good hot water ,nice sunny patio 
but couches are not up to par as the cushions slide off when using them.

Great house and yard! Quiet and with in walking distance to local retail. Very clean rental. Less than 15 minutes to Liberty, MO. if you want more action 😉

Cozy home just outside of KC

The property is wonderful, check in was a breeze and it felt like home! The cleanliness of the place was impressive. Huge tv in the living room and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Water pressure was wonderful in the show and loved having the convenience of a good quality washer and dryer! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was enjoyable for all involved. Can’t wait to rebook in the future!

Excellent Place! Clean with everything you need!

We chose here because there are no stairs (most of our group cannot do stairs), and the location was halfway between the airport and Hamilton. It was perfect! Extremely clean, had everything we wanted and needed. We needed help with an item for one of the beds, and they had that done for us within hours. I would stay here again, and highly recommend!
