This property is AWESOME! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. The living room has a spacious window seat that is perfect for relaxing and seeing everything thats happening on Broadway street.

Great property for the bridal party to stay at for our daughters wedding at the Ridge Event Venue in Richmond! Host was quick to reply to any questions. Great space for several people!

We loved the place and it was spacious, the pics tell the story of the modern renovation that retained the old charm, well thought out (games, sitting areas, TVs, bedrooms) and very welcoming. It’s the small things like a Brita in the fridge (tap water in Excelisor is quite good), coffee Kcups, fun coffee mugs, a well stocked kitchen, etc…that tells you about the care that goes into the rental. It’s centrally located downtown and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the time there!

This could not have been a more perfect stay - the loft is beautiful, well furnished, clean, and spacious and the host is so incredibly kind and helpful! Check in and check out were so easy - communicated clearly and any questions we had were responded to almost immediately. We had the best time and will for sure be back!

Great Stay and expirence

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party, and it was perfect! Plenty of rooms and space to relax and enjoy our time! This place is so pretty, and the location is perfect!

Apartment was clean and smelled amazing. Relaxing environment perfect for a quick getaway. Location was ideal to visit the hall of water - just across the street, get my favorite latte right across the street as well. Loved the downtown area, easy drive to Elms spa.
