Relax in this calm, stylish home, nestled in the foothills of Mt. Washington State Forest on the Mass-CT border. The home is five mins to the bucolic town of Salisbury, 30 mins to all the amenities of the hip town of Great Barrington, and Butternut Ski and Tubing Center. In Summer, you can enjoy farmer's markets, grilling on the wrap-around deck, watersports at 'Twin Lakes'. Hiking can be enjoyed all year round, with access to The Appalachian Trail just 15 mins walk from the property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and give it a well-deserved 5 stars! The house was spotlessly clean, and the owner’s communication was prompt and friendly. The interior was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The surrounding forest area was breathtaking, and we were thrilled to spot a baby deer in the backyard—an unforgettable highlight! The kitchen appliances were modern, new, and impeccably clean. We loved the tea & coffee station. The AC, hot water and WiFi all worked flawlessly. This home exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to return for another stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely place

My family had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed home. The decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and toiletries. Even found bathrobes in the closet! Host was attentive to our questions and available very quickly. Would recommend highly.

A Dream Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most perfect vacation. We both live and work in the city so this was such a relaxing time to unplug and relax in nature. There are so many great towns and wineries to explore in around the area. The design of this home was so perfectly lovely and I could tell that the owners put great thought and care into every detail. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to Salisbury's proximity to major towns of NYC and Boston, and the numerous boarding schools, Salisbury has a mix of full time and part time, 'weekend' residents, ensuring there's a variety of dining, and shopping options for a quaint, small New England town.
