Perfect Little 2 Bedroom Basement apartment

Basement apartment. Completely separate from main home. Walk out entrance. Amazing view of Tooele Valley. Perfect for business trip or visiting family. 40 minutes from Salt Lake City and the airport . 1 hr from Park City.
It is outside of the city, and in a quiet neighborhood.
Note : this basement apartment is located underneath a upstairs family home . There is a tendency to hear footsteps and dog paws or doors opening . You WILL hear people living upstairs . We try to do our best to keep it down , but just thought I’d mention this .
And unfortunately at the moment , we do not authorize pets to stay here .
For energy purposes, we like to keep the Cooling set at 72-74 and Heating 68-72.

Tooele Visit

I visited Tooele for the first time with three elderly family members. Our stay at this property was one of the trips many highlights! Spotless, comfortable, nothing short of perfect. Our first impression as we walked down the concrete path was that is was lovely. The well manicured garden caught our attention immediately and the frangrant scents from the flowers was not overwhelming. The inside of the unit was equally as impressive! Clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. In fact, the only thing we needed was to know the names of the owners dogs! Our stay was unexpectedly extended and the owner was gracious and understanding of the situation. The next time we visit Tooele, there is no question where we will stay!

Lovely Unit

We loved this property! It perfectly fit our needs and Jeremy was fantastic to work with. Our situation changed and we needed to extend for a few extra days and Jeremy was quick to accommodate us. Highly recommend both property and owner!

This place is beautiful and clean. There is a very slight incline of the walkway from the car to the door, but it's one level. No stairs. It's very private and has a short fence. I highly recommend anyone staying here. The view shows the mountains and across the city to the great Salt Lake. This rental is very much worth starting at.

Resting in Tooele

The property was wonderful in every way. It was very, very clean and comfortable. It was secluded and private, out of the city hustle and bustle. The property managers were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and respectful. The property had scenic views of the nearby mountains, the valley and another mountain range to the West. I will definitely stay at this property during my upcoming visits to the Salt Lake, Tooele, and Grantsville areas!! If I could, I would give this property and it's managers 12 GOLD stars!!

Family vacation

The apartment was clean, and has a good setup with lots of space to sit down to relax. And has a nice dining room table to enjoy meals. The kitchen is a good size with a good amount of counter space. The 2 bedrooms are big with a good amount of closet space. they also offer a few hangers which was nice. the washer and dryer are a good size and they offer laundry detergent and fabric softener. The bathroom was nice very clean, With lots of space in the shower to put your stuff. the apartment is behind the house so you have privacy if you want to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. the beds are comfortable. And the host are friendly and answer any questions you might have. The next door neighbors were very friendly and welcoming to me and my family which was an added bonus. The location was perfect and had 3 or 4 grocery stores near by with a good selection of fast food restaurants. For coffee lovers there is also a Starbucks near by. I would recommend this to family and friends. Hopefully someday we can stay there again.

2nd Visit

This was our second time staying here. It's a really nice place where we could relax and put up our feet. The neighborhood was quiet and the location has a great view of the valley. It was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful view!

This was a great place to stay. I loved walking by the flower garden each day and the view from the patio is amazing! Very peaceful place. Be careful driving up especially at night. We had deer run across the road. 😍 The apartment is nicely decorated and was clean. I had my 6 year old and was nervous because the only cups were glass so maybe not for younger kids or bring your own cup for them. No complaints, this is a great place to stay. I would book again without any reservation.

Hugely Satisfactory, plus!

This place was even better than described- the Host provided all details; shampoo and hairdryer and a well-stocked kitchen (all expected pots/pans/cutting boards/knives/silverware/etc were available), even dryer sheets and clothes-washing soap! Roku TV, the view is beautiful- MUCH more than 'satisfactory'- we will be back, for sure. By the way- the Host was quick to respond: CO2 *and* smoke detectors are indeed provided, tho the Listing suggested we check, because they weren't sure. We did meet the Hosts when they were working on property maintenance, and they are wonderful.

Great Stay

We have been working with Jeremy for the past several months to house one of our traveling Doctors who has been working in Tooele. He has been so great to work with and has been extremely accommodating and was great at communication with us. Our provider had the following to say: Jeremy Powell is the greatest and made my frequent stays very pleasurable. It's a comfortable homey option - beats a hotel room! Great place to stay!
