This 2-bedroom condo is a ground-floor condo that is also ADA-friendly. We cannot say "ADA-Compliant," but there is a much more open floor plan and larger bathroom that will allow for a physically challenged person to navigate with a walker. There are also no stairs to manage, as this condo is on the ground floor.

Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and just about the most comfortable mattresses available! The kitchen is extremely well-appointed, and we also provide a high chair, umbrella, and Pak-n-Play for families traveling with infants and young toddlers.

5 Star Stay in Southern Oregon

I had to travel to Southern Oregon to help an elderly family member and needed a place to stay nearby, but with a little space for relaxation. This property was the perfect fit. The rental property is smartly decorated, super clean, and comfortable. The property featured many personal touches, including coffee pods, extra pillows, and personal supplies in the bathrooms. The complex is quiet and peaceful, and I felt safe and secure as well. I recommend this rental for anyone in need of personal or family space. I hope to come back and visit again.

Excellent place

The only issue we had with our stay was the washing machine had some issues with it when we arrived. David was always quick to respond and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend one of his properties.

Excellent Experience

We had such a nice experience on this stay that I can highly recommend the company and this unit specifically. While the process is more tedious than reserving a hotel room, the extra privacy and comparitive seclusion are well worth the effort. Maybe not for a one night stay, but anything longer is worth it and will make you glad you did. The kitchen was so well stocked with appliances including around 6 different ways to make coffee! All of the details were covered extremely well.

Exceptional property!

This a beautifully decorated, high quality property located in quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants in Medford, OR. We stayed 10 days in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condominium and it was relaxing and quiet. They about is conducive to privacy and gathering with friends and family. Everything was spotless and new. Small appliances for coffee and cooking were plentiful as were linens. A peloton bike and small office desk and copy machine rounded out the amenities and were incredibly useful for us. Bambu, an Asian fusion restaurant is across the street. We ate in one night and take out another night. The Indonesian fried noodles w grilled prawns were my favorites. I’ll stop here but this was property is in our Top 4 places to stay!

In the fall of 2019, I launched OregonStays. The following March, I acquired what would be the first of several short-term vacation rental properties - at the beginning of the Covid pandemic! There have been no regrets, and I've enjoyed hosting many professional, business, and leisure travelers from all over the world.

It's been a pleasure to accommodate the temporary housing needs of folks needing a place to stay for a night or longer - a place of comfort, safety, and proximity to many of the wonderful things the Rogue Valley has to offer.
