Welcome to The Gallop Getaway! - Enjoy this fully updated home close to the Columbus Zoo and Powell, a quaint nearby Columbus suburb with restaruants, shops and more. Recently added game room with pool table, foosball, smart TV. Convenient to OSU, COSI, Short North, Downtown and more. This home was completely renovated as the host's personal residence in 2020 and is now available as a rental. Family-friendly neighborhood, large open great room, fully equipped kitchen, deck, 4 smart TVs with YouTube TV and Prime Video and lots and lots more. Steven is an exceptional host. His communication and attention to detail is unmatched. Check-in was straightforward and simple. His home is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that this home accommodated our needs comfortably in regards to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room was also a nice feature. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to have all the items one might need to prepare meals. Thank you for a good stay, Steven!

Clean, comfortable, with room to spread out and a well supplied kitchen for those who would cook in. A nice fenced back lawn for kids to run around in and a deck for relaxing outdoors. Comfortable beds too! Our teens enjoyed the basement game room. Host easy to reach. A great stay in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The home is in the perfect location to minimize drive time to many activities. We visited the Columbus Zoo and a fun little bookstore, while in the areas. The home was clean, and the check in/out process was easy. We liked that the backyard was fenced, so the kids knew their boundaries.

Stayed 5 nights for daughter’s wedding in Columbus. Very clean house in nice quiet neighborhood. Matched the photos perfectly. Well appointed kitchen with good utensils, dinnerware and cookware. Very comfortable beds!!!!!! Great hot water and showers.Will stay there again when we visit.Steven was a great host, totally engaged and yet perfectly invisible!

Everything was great! Steve was very friendly and communicative. House was fairly family friendly and had things for kids necessities like a pack n play and a baby gate. Neighborhood was quiet but filled with kids riding bikes and families playing outside. Felt very safe overall and great location near the zoo.

The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood. The home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal and bath towels were plentiful. The sofas and beds were comfy. Many hosts put the cheapest furniture they can find, this was not the case at all. We felt quite at home. The home was conveniently located near the Columbus zoo with shopping and restaurants. Steven, the host was readily available for any questions. Thank you so much!

Perfect Location

This home was the perfect location for visiting Columbus. The host was very responsive and even left a handwritten note and welcome gift. Great space for a family weekend away. We would certainly stay again if returning to the area!
