- Pets: We have a 2 pet maximum (only small to medium dogs). Please inquire about this before booking
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbor.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it asap. We take issues brought to our attention very seriously. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address.
