Our stay at this house was perfect. It was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time with the pool, slide and hot tub and the games. This home offers several really good as advertised features. First off the location is very good getting around everywhere in the East Valley. The home is large, was clean and offered all the amenities we expected. A second bathroom in east section (small kitchen) would be the only improvement. The kitchen was well equipped. The backyard is excellent, quality ping pong table, large functional pool (did not need to heat in late may) a basketball hoop we used. Nice large covered deck. We spent much time outside enjoying the space. Having garage access was golden as while we didn't park inside we used the remote and stored golf clubs in the garage for convenience. Host (Mark) was responsive and contributed to a 5-Star experience.

Great house and location

We enjoyed everything about our stay . The house was very clean , check in was easy and everything was well explained. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard pool and basketball . It was overall a great experience that we hope to do again soon .

Our stay was great. We will stay there next time for sure. Great central place to the stuff we enjoy in Scottsdale. I was concerned about being on a corner next to a main road but it wasn't super busy and even in the back yard it was still a quiet place. Again I would stay again.

Great House

We had 10 guests stay here and most were clients. We had plenty of room and we were able to play pool in the back most of the night. Everyone was comfortable and had a place to sleep, which was great. Will definitely reserve the house the next time we take clients to Scottsdale.

We had an absolutely amazing stay and cannot say enough good things about our host. Ten stars! From the very beginning, he was easy to reach—when we had a question and needed to call, he answered right away and was incredibly understanding and amiable. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us to make sure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated.The home itself was perfect for our group attending an educators’ conference. The social spaces were ideal for gathering together, sharing ideas, and continuing conversations outside of conference hours. At the same time, there were plenty of beds and rooms so everyone could have their own space to rest and recharge. Having three showers made getting ready each morning smooth and stress-free for our group.The outdoor space was absolutely awesome! Between the hot tub, pool, basketball court, and ample seating, most of our time was spent outdoors—both in the mornings and evenings. The pool was wonderful—especially since we requested it to be heated at the last minute, and our host kindly made that happen for us. It was such a treat at the end of long days!We are so grateful for the hospitality and care shown to us. It truly was an exceptional stay, and we look forward to returning the next time we are able to attend the conference. Thank you for everything!

We were 3 families coming together for a vacation and this property was excellent for our mostly Jr High and Highschool aged children. They had hours of fun with all of the amenities. Most of us prepared food for a cookout and between the 2 kitchens and 2 mini fridges in the outdoor grill we had plenty of space for our food, and places to prepare the meals. I especially appreciate the prompt and courteous responses when we did have to reach out to the owner. We loved the property and would definitely consider booking again.
