Main Street Living! 2 Bedroom Unit right On Main!

The original Customs House in St. Charles, MO. You'll love this charming and historic property. Large enough for 6 adults to sleep comfortably, and two separate bedrooms. Stocked Kitchen with a Large Dining Table. Perfect to enjoy a meal with friends and family or dine out on many of the walking distance restaurants and cafes. Centrally Located on Main Street, with plenty of shopping and dining all within walking distance. Be sure to check it out!

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Old House charm with modern convenience! The host responded to questions quickly, the property was kept, the location was perfect for exploring St. Charles. We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not depict what the actual apartment looks like! Very disappointed in the stay. I spent one night and left the next day. I had rented for three days. I cannot stand the smell or the filth. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Beautiful Space and Great Location

We had a great stay in St. Charles. 703 South Main Street is the perfect location for walking to Main Street shops and restaurants and only about 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a comfortable retreat in the historical setting of St. Charles.

The location is great right on Main Street. Everything is updated inside. Only issue we had was the shower head barely produced water pressure so it was difficult to take showers.

Great Location

We stayed here while we were in town for Thanksgiving. This unit is perfectly located for enjoying Christmas Traditions and other activities on Main Street. We especially enjoyed the Wine Cafe on the lower level and the Bike Stop Cafe across the street.

Lovely Downtown Location

The rental was very clean and in a wonderful location. I loved being so close to some of my favorite local coffee, houses and restaurants.

In town for a soccer tournament and we enjoyed the house its well equipped and parking spot was a plus to just park and enjoy the neighborhood after our day at the soccer fields. Do recommend.

Lovely property in a great location

Adorable place, centrally located on Main Street. The only minor comment is the pathway from the parking lot to the property. Very unstable. A true concrete or paver stone walkway would help when rolling in suitcases.

Weekend visit to see son at college

Our place was in the perfect location on main street st charles and 3 mins from Lindenwood College. Place was cozy for our 5 afults and the place below us had a great seating area with wine and great food! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Hidden gem

Stay was good. Everything downtown walkable or quick uber ride. Shops closed early and that was annoying.Spiderweb in corner of ceiling. Shampoo conditioner was poor quality.

Lovely B&B in Historic Downtown

We loved staying at Jeffrey's place! It was cute and comfortable with all the little extras that make a stay away from home hassle-free. The location was amazing! Main street is super cute and takes you back a couple hundred years. We also really enjoyed a leisurely stroll to the Lewis and Clark museum just a mere 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely stay at Jeffrey's place again!

It was a great stay but there were a few things we would noticed and would recommend for future visits. One of the king size beds didn't have a fitted sheet, which we managed. The outdoor space was great, but having only 2 metal chairs to sit in on the front porch was not ideal. It would have been nice to have patio chairs to go with the outdoor patio table in the yard. And the firepit would have a nice addition if there were wood to burn, especially in the evening when it was cool. The house being old, was nostalgic but had a musty odor throughout. We bought an air freshener to put in the room upstairs, which helped tremendously. Other than that, it was pleasant and we had a great time!

Great location

This apartment is above a lovely wine cafe on Main Street. Great placw to eat! No driving needed after checking in. Extremely clean and well-stocked. There was an internet issue, so the host was kind enough to refund us some money due to lack of that service. Would recommend and would stay there again.

St. Charles!

Nice space in old quaint town. Very quiet are perfect for relaxing and continuing our trip the next day. Road bike trail cafe just across the street was perfect little spot to have breakfast on a nice spring morning. Took some pictures at the Lewis and Clark statue memorial for a memorable experience.
