Welcome to Sibley Street Cottage! Sibley Street Cottage has approximately 1200 sq feet, and features a modern farmhouse kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and can accommodate 6 guests. Located in downtown Benton which makes it within walking distance to the Benton Sports Complex and the Bellevue Wedding Chapel. It is also conveniently located to Saint Terre Wedding Venue, Holly Hill Farm, and Los Paloma Shooting Range. We would love to have you as our guests!

Weekend visit

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath house offered just the right amount of space and amenities for the two of us. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our visit. Enjoyed the space over a hotel room and would consider staying here again when in the area.

Saints Terre Wedding stay

We booked Phillip’s place for a wedding in Benton at Sainte Terre. The cottage was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and reasonably close to the venue - 15 minutes. There are not a lot of restaurant options in Benton but Bossier City is 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and our weekend stay was perfect.

Modern Accommodations with a Old Farmhouse feel

In town visiting family for a wedding. We cannot say enough about this listing. A recently renovated house that has been beautifully decorated to stay true to old southern cottage roots. It was a perfect location for us and had the modern accommodations to make us feel “right at home”. We also felt perfectly safe as the police station is next door. 10 out of 10 and will be staying again on future visits.

Very comfortable home

The home is a good size 2/1. Everything you need, plus some. Right around the corner from a police station, a crossed the street from a Baptist church. Quite neighborhood. It's about 20 minutes from Shreveport/Bossier, but the drive is a straight shot on hwy 3. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom are very comfortable. So much so, I looked to see the brand so that I purchase for my home. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Wonderful Cottage

Beautifully decorated and quite spacious, the cottage was very inviting. Everything was laid out quite nicely and the location is ideal for family visits in Benton. We will definitely be booking again.
