PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although up to two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great Family Getaway!
We continue to come to this property annually and have loved the condos. This condo was great, it was clean, had mostly everything we needed. The location is awesome with kids as you can just walk down to the beach. It also worked out well with three kids as there is a bunk bed in the den. Highly Recommend!

The location is good , near beach, A&W...easy to find. Beddings are good, clean and I feel comfortable sleeping on it. the owner prepares lots of appliances in the kitchen.

Overall a great experience. Good amount of space for our family, well stocked kitchen, and AC that worked well! King bed was a little firm for my taste, and the building outside of the unit is definitely showing its age (ie gym, pool, entrances to buildings). We had a good time!

If you enjoy spending some time at the beach, this is a great location in short walking distance to the beach. For the most part, everything was clean and orderly in the building and unit. Property manager was very responsive to us when we reached out.

Great Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Excellent location, clean, well stocked, we enjoyed the pool and amenities and very close to the beach. My only complaint would be the road noise is quite loud from the balcony but you couldn't hear it inside with the windows shut (the A/C was lovely)

Everything was great, place was clean, awesome location, nice pool, hosts had great communication. We were just disappointed to find out the elevator wasn’t working in the building when we arrived. It was a lot of work to carry all our bags and food up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that, all good :) I would recommend.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked for dining in. Extra books and games helped when we were stuck inside one night.
Balcony faces the parking lot and road, so it is quite noisy if you have the door open or sit outside.
Pool and hot tub were perfect on hot and rainy days. A short walk to the lake and many places to eat.
Note that it is on the 4th floor, so when the elevator breaks (which according to conversations with other guests, happens more often than not), you will have to carry all of your items down the stairs. If you have any mobility issues, I would not book this suite and look for one on the main floor or a different building. My elderly parents were unable to leave the condo for two nights and one full day. Awful.
