Soaring ceilings, original details and happy spaces in a highly coveted neighborhood. This 1700 SF home is located in the heart of Candler Park and available for long term stays. Walkable to the Beltine, Freedom Trail, Little Five Points, Inman Park and just down the street from nationally famous Fox Bros BBQ. If you love original tile fireplaces, southern pine floors and sitting on your front porch while enjoying the sounds of the south, this is the property for you. Fully updated.
The space:
We love peaceful and functional spaces. We have put a lot of thought into making this space comfortable for ourselves and now for you. We personally love the soaking tub in the master bath. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Guest access:
You have access to all parts of the house.

Mandatory City of Atlanta Regulations:
1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set
forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the
neighborhood and your neighborâs right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and
property.
2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.
3. Street parking is available at this property. Do not park on lawns or
in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive
slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and
eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as
the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
If the STR owner/agent has additional rules, they should be included/posted after the
rules listed above.
If at any time you have concerns about your stay or in regard to your neighbors, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the rental
lease agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
