Casual Modern Luxury Private Home w/pool - 2 min to secluded Cerritos Beachfront

Rest and relax in our cozy modern home. A few meters walk from a secluded beach, the home has panoramic views of this beautiful part of Baja. Wake up with the sunrise over the Sierra Lagunas and end with sunset on the Pacific. The home has a modern design, great light, and designer finishes. You will spend much of your time mesmerized by the ocean views in the open plan kitchen / living room that opens up to deck & plunge pool. The rooftop bar and grill is great for a sunset cocktail!

The Space: The home has four bedrooms, a large open layout kitchen and living area as well as a large garage that we have converted into a game room with ping pong. The garage doors open up to a horseshoe pit and corn hole area. Each bedroom has a separate entrance and private bathroom.

The rooftop deck is where we gather for sunset. It has plenty of seating and the bar and grill area makes it hard to want be anywhere else for some really spectacular sunsets. The roof also provides space for yoga and is a great place for a siesta (we have created a hammock garden on the mountain side).

Room 1: The Primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a king sized bed, it’s own large ensuite bathroom, giant closet and a deck that looks out to the ocean.

Bedroom 2: Just off the living area on the second floor, this bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite private bathroom and a small Juliet balcony that looks south with views of the ocean.

Bedroom 3: This second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite private bathroom and shower and a small Juliet balcony that overlooks the mountains. Additionally, the room includes a kitchenette.

Bedroom 4: On the first floor by the game area is a secluded studio with a large deck, queen bed, and ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access: Entire Home , Garage, Plunge Pool , and large yard!

Other things to note: We are not a party house. Please let us know if you are going to have more than 10 people in the house.
