Our 3 bedroom home will comfortably sleep 6. We have converted one room into a designated office space with a bed. The condo is conveniently located 1 mile from US Highway 287 and is easily accessible. We are also located within a 1/2 mile from gas station, a few restaurants, and Starbucks! Within walking distance is also Gordon Lake and Park.

We've Stayed Here Several Times

This place keeps improving. We have stayed here different times since 2022. It is so convenient when entertaining out of town guests in Iowa Park. Much of the family can come over and visit. And our out of towners can stay over night and have their own space.

Clean communicative and close to event location

Great host. Contacted me to keep me posted on cleaning and checking in to understand our arrival plans. Very to close to the event we were attending. We Will stay here again ! Highly recommend.

Misrepresentation of quality housing.

Upon entering the condo it was a couple in the house “saying that they were there to replace an air filter and they said they were trying to be out before we arrived” and they hurried up and left before I could say anything or ask any questions. It was a very file order all threw out the house, crumb's on the furniture, and on the kitchen table, could not close the bathroom doors and if you got it to close it sounded like the henges were broken or something, also you could smell bug spray like the house was infested. The smell was so bad even the kids were complaining about how bad it was and that they didn’t want to stay there and neither did I. We left and never returned, a very unsatisfied customer. We are sorry you felt this way. We wish you would reach out to the host first before directly going to VRBO. I also sent several messages via the app with no communication back as to your arrival. Had you contacted us first we would have been able to satisfactorily handle your issues. The fact that you spoke with neighbors, VRBO and everyone else via VRBO was concerning as a host. We were not notified until over 24 hours after your arrival that you never stayed in the unit. I hope your next experience you will allow the host the opportunity to fix the problem(s) during your stay. I had to send pics to VRBO so as far as the food and mess I am unsure what you are speaking of.
