14 feet wide and 80 feet long, 8 beds, 4 queens and 4 twins. 2 bathrooms a hot tub, and a kitchen. I built this as a family reunion headquarters, because I wanted a place for my family when the grandkids come to visit.
Located in downtown close to grocery's, dining, laundry and shopping. Great for company parties, groups of friends, family get togethers or if you need lots of room for a work vacation. The beds roll into the corner so you can sleep the whole family and then play red rover.

Sweet little spot

Great option for the price, nice to have enough beds for the whole fam, even though it only ended up being 2 of us it really could have slept 8 amazingly

Check in was a breeze. The host was very good with communication. Very big room hot tub was great for recovery after the long rides. Remember ti read the instructions so you mess anything up.

This was a fun place to stay. Its just a big open room made it easy to play games and visit. The only downside is the room is HOT! It has a little a/c unit but its to small for the big room. We brought fans and it was okay. Cooking in the room was miserable just because it was hot. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need. We would stay agian its very quiet, you can walk to the store, and nice park right down the street.

I loved that each kid had their own bed we were able to sleep center and have them all around to help them.

Good

I wanted something big enough that the whole team could fit in. This worked for that purpose. As mentioned in other reviews, you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. I was glad I brought a skillet as there weren’t large enough pans to cook for a big group and there wasn’t anything I could use in the oven—that was a disappointment. There is a toaster, crockpot, coffee maker etc. Stacey was quick to respond to my questions and I probably should’ve reached out to see if he could help with the cooking situation, I just didn’t realize the problem until it was late at night and didn’t want to bother him. Over all, it was great to be able to stay together and do some team bonding so yes, I would stay there again, I would just bring more kitchen items.

Not great

Didn't realize this was aparentment room in a pretty run down apartment complex. Beds didn't have bed frames, floor was uneven and tiles were loose, bathrooms weren't super clean and didn't have shampoo....overall I think the price did not match what I got. Had I know the condition of this rental I wouldn't have booked it.
