Warmly decorated, open floor plan, 3bd, 2b w/ large porch, furnished upper deck with nightlights, no access from below for your safety and peace of mind. Backyard view overlooks a beautiful greenery w/ local wild life.

This was our second time staying here while visiting our daughter’s family. It feels like a home away from home for sure. Comfy beds, so very clean, well-stocked kitchen, the best couch, plenty of room… Everything we need for a lovely stay! Will continue to be our first choice when visiting Clarksville.

Nice, clean, comfortable place centrally located. I had teenage boys with me and they spent lots of time playing foosball, chess, and checkers. I would definitely stay there again

Nice place!

Great location to shopping and dining. Though the kitchen was stocked for all cooking needs, we chose to visit with family and dine else where. The theater room was great to have & snacks were plentiful. Thank you again for being wonderful hosts!

Comfortable fun place!

Place was clean, well stocked, and movie room was great! Yolanda provided snacks and lots of coffee too. Would definitely stay again- quiet neighborhood for a great stay. Only about 10-12 min to downtown

Amazing Home!

The home was so clean and well prepared with any of our needs, including snacks and a few drinks in the movie theater basement! The beds were so comfortable with crisp, clean bedding. The communication with the host was so easy.

Really cute home. Nice location. Clean and had all the extras… coffee, snacks and drinks. Kids thought it was the coolest house we have ever stayed in! Hubby wouldn’t leave the theater room! Would stay again. Great hosts!!

Great place for family gatherings!

My four grown children and I celebrated Christmas here. We had several family dinners, enjoyed playing cards, board games and watching movies in the theater room. Great decor and the host was amazing! They put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure and temperature were all great! I would stay there again if we head back…

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My wife and I were delighted to stay in your beautiful home away from home. Excellent provisions throughout . So very clean and comfortable. We were house-hunting for 5 days - when we came back, we were able to relax and discuss our next day's search. We will be coming to stay again as we continue our hunt for our home to retire in. Home Away from Home

Yolanda and Damon are super hosts! The property was as described and photographed on website. We bought groceries and enjoyed our coffee and meals at the dining room table. Plenty of room for 5 guests, with comfy beds and blankets. The home theatre is a plus, and we hope to stay again if we return to Clarksville! Kuddos!!!

Hidden gem

The first and foremost thing about our stay was extra thoughtful add-on! The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied with decent dinnerware and utensils. There was coffee (but first coffee!) as well as instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. Cleanliness was a major factor for us. The area afforded a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping. Tastefully decorated as well.

We Will Stay Again

What a great property. There's enough room for everyone to spread out. House is beautifully decorated, and clean. Property has washer/dryer, great wi-fi, a great home theater. I do recommend they provide more towels. We stayed for four days and had to wash towels. Also, the kitchen needs a skillet. We went to make pancakes and could not find a skillet. We will stay here again, and recommend this location for anyone visiting Clarksville.

Very well stocked for any rentable property or Air B n B we have stayed at, and we have stayed in a lot in many different countries. It even had a full set of most basic spices! We would have preferred a King sized bed in the master suite. The tv was not very well positioned in the master bedroom and it was kind of dim (or maybe it is old). Plus there was no way for us to access other inputs with any remote for any TV on the property for us to hook up our Roku that we brought. The main TV in the family room was more than enough for us to enjoy during our stay. We never even tried the movie theater in the basement. We had a great stay!

Great place!

Yolanda and here family are very wonderful and accommodating. There was a miscommunication between Vrbo and Yoland - obviously on vrbos end. I arrived at 9 pm she had no idea I was even supposed to be there as Vrbo never even notified her with my reservation. Her whole family came to the house and got it ready for me - it was really a nice experience to witness 5 people dropping everything they were doing at 9pm to get the house ready for my stay. Hands down my best experience with a home owner on using their home to stay for a week. Great house, great location, wonderful family that takes care of you and their property.
