Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, along with a Queen over Queen bunk and twin pull out with 2 closets and a full bath
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a luxurious bathroom featuring his and her sinks, shower and bath tub.
The third bedroom has a king bed while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway.
We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

The full kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, and gadgets to cater to large groups including the kiddos.

The only reason I took off 1 star, is because the listing states that it sleeps 12; however, if you have 12 people, they charge an "additional guest fee". I questioned them on this, and they stated it's to accommodate for the extra supplies, cleaning and wear & tear. I understand that, but then you should list the price for 12, not the price for less people. It's false advertising! A group of us came in for a wedding. I liked that the house was big enough to accommodate all of us. It was clean and decorated nicely. The property manager was excellent with communication during our stay. We would stay here again.

Awesome place

It was an awesome place. Only complaint is that the large room with the bunk beds was rather warm and not as cool as the other rooms. Close to everything and the neighborhood was nice and good place to take walks.Lots of activities close by. Exotic zoo and two state parks. Whole family loved it.

Roomy, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and centrally located in the city. We were there for a wedding so did not cook much time at the house. Great choice for families. Hosts were very responsive.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Bother times have been great. The house has everything you need for a large group. Plenty spacious and inviting house and the patio in the back has plenty of room. We got early checkin this year and communication with the agent was easy and thorough. We were also checked on througout the stay to see if we needed anything. A property. Will be staying again.

We stayed at this home for the Blanco County Rodeo weekend and really enjoyed our time overall. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the town square and super convenient for checking out the 290 Wine Trail. We loved being so close to local restaurants, tasting rooms, and coffee shops.The house is spacious and worked well for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout made it easy to hang out together, especially around the dining table and in the cozy living room. The beds were comfortable, and the three bathrooms made things a lot easier for a larger group.We would stay here again.

Property was well situated to walk to Christmas lights. There were multiple maintenance issues in one of the bathrooms. Host was informed and will fix after stay. Surprising that cleaning crew would not report that sink was not draining and that shower handle was no longer attached to wall. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

Excellent property!

The house was a perfect destination for our large group. Space for the couples while still having room for singles. The patio was a great place to congregate in the evening. Overall, an awesome experience!

The property was nice. The rooms were great. It was nice and cool on the hot weekend we were there. The flooring in some areas needs to be fixed as it’s bubbling up and we tripped a few times over it. The floors in the main area weren’t the cleanest. However it was quiet, close to the places we were going and the beds/showers were awesome.

Girls trip!

We did enjoy this property. We had our annual girls trip and decided to stay in Johnson City. Very comfortable for six ladies. Only wish was having mirrors in the bedrooms so we could have easier time getting ready for the day.
