Alexander House is spacious and pool is extra nice. We enjoyed our stay and property is close to lots of amenities. Property could use a deep cleaning.

Great Place for Family Time

They property was perfect for us, we had a Family Event to attend and it was a great home base to relax and be together for the entire weekend. One side note: Its location is great for events at Garrison Brothers Distillery which is about 7 minutes away by car.

Home away from Home

If you are looking for some peace and quiet away from the city this is the place to be. Close enough to restaurants and market and wineries. The nights were great with a dip in the pool.

Super Chill Property

We hunt annually in the area and this was the perfect property for our group. Lots of space inside and out, deer crossing in the back and the most beautiful sunrise coming through the back windows. We are looking forward to next year!

Property was as advertised and worked out great for us. The only issue was the A/C didn’t cool all that well, but the weather was nice so no great bother.

Wine Country Thanksgiving

Great location for wineries around Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The accommodations were very roomy for an extended family trip. The house is dated but very clean! The pool was nice but not of use to us in Nov and outside lighting lit up the grounds at the back of the house.

Fantastic place for groups!

I hosted my sisters bachelorette party over the weekend and the space was great for the 14 of us. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a place to lay their head. Everyone loved the house and had a fantastic weekend. Thanks for having us!

Just Perfect !!

Good messaging with Host. We a great house! The house is dated but the beds are great. The kitchen is decent size. We LOVED THIS PLACE! All the rooms are great, perfect outdoor area. The pool is great ! This place is close to wineries and grocery stores. The views are amazing, We had no issues with the house, bunkhouse, and the pool. Definitely recommend staying here! This home would be a great place for family reunions, group getaways, We will most likely stay here again.

outstanding overall location, and facilities !

Rode up with our church group from Tomball for the Fandango vintage motorcycle event. The property was easy to find, a fantastic location, very clean, with more than enough space to park a couple of bikes and a trike. The bedrooms were comfortable, isolated and quiet. Loved the pool and the grill! Yeah, we are coming back!

Amazing

Took a weekend getaway just my mom, brother and myself. We were super super excited loved the place awesome quiet and close to so many wineries. Super super clean house pool was super clean but unfortunately weather didn’t permit to use. We will definitely book again the whole family for a getaway.

This place is perfectly situated in wine country. There was a problem with the heater but the owner got someone there on the 1st day. She was very good about communicating everything with me.

Very pleasant

The main house was very clean and well stocked. The back room with the large fan stays very warm even with the fan on so it is was a hard sleep for me personally. Pool was clean, lots of places to sit outside. House is right off the highway and less than 10 mins from Johnson City.

Girls Weekend

We had a lovely time and the property is gorgeous. It was a girls weekend in the Texas wine country. We stayed in the main house. There was plenty of room for 6 ladies and space to get ready. Lots of extra amenities on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a dinner. I would stay here again.

Family time

This is the second time we booked this place for a New Year’s Eve weekend. We did a late Christmas plus new years with our out of town family and had a great time. The putter houses were great because if grandma & grandpa wanted to sleep but the 18year olds wanted to stay up there was enough space not to wake anyone.
